Quick summary: great communication, best prices, incredible workmanship and expertise…read more Raul is the absolute best! One of the reasons we chose him was his excellent communication style and it was great to be in contact with the exact person who was doing the repairs rather than an estimator. Our upstairs neighbor had faulty appliances that wrecked our unit's (which was below) bathroom and closet with water damage. We needed someone to replace the insulation in the ceiling, do the drywalling, mudding, and painting. Raul came over on the same day I consulted Yelp. He gave me an all-inclusive cost on the spot which included materials. After getting a few more estimates, it was clear Raul's prices were the fairest. Still, the quality of his workmanship was extremely high. Each day Raul arrived early to set up so work could get started right at right 8am. He laid down a layer of protective material on our floor to stay as tidy as possible. From the very first day to when he finished the job he made us feel at ease because we could trust his expertise! He finished in the exact time frame he told us he would. He even went out of his way to go to the specific paint store to find the exact paint color and brand that was previously used in our home so it could match as closely as possible. He went above and beyond in so many ways to ensure the job was done properly by matching texture or leaving the drywall perfectly smooth where needed. I can honestly say Raul saved our home! Thank you so much for being such a professional and kind person, Raul. I can't wait to recommend him to our friends and family in Simi Valley when they need drywalling. What started as a stressful situation turned into a smooth and surprisingly positive experience thanks to this contractor. He handled everything from insulation to drywall repair and repainting, and the quality of the work is outstanding. The drywall looks flawless--you'd never even know there was damage to begin with--and the paint job came out clean, even, and professional throughout the entire area. What really stood out was his attention to detail and communication. He kept me updated every step of the way, showed up on time, and made sure everything was done right, not rushed. He also took the time to protect the surrounding areas and left the space clean when the job was finished, which I really appreciated. If you're in Santa Clarita and need any drywall, insulation, or paint work--especially after something like water damage--I highly recommend him. It's not easy to find someone this reliable and skilled. Definitely someone I would hire again without hesitation.

We asked Anthony & AC Interiors to remove the popcorn ceilings at our house. They did an A+ job,…read moreworked hard, refinished the ceilings, and even removed mold they discovered. They were able to do our vaulted ceiling when other companies were not able or were going to charge a huge amount more. Anthony was easy to work with. Just FYI: It took a week+ to get the job done. Removal of popcorn ceilings from your entire house takes time, and there's more time when a contractor/company does it right (with painting, resurfacing, etc.). Have it done right when you buy a house, or you will need to take a vacation or find another place to stay in the meantime. We've had a TON of compliments from visitors who didn't get as good of a ceiling job as Anthony's team, so we know we went with the right contractor.

We're both Art Directors and our job is to be critical of other peoples' work. One set of holes was in a closet from plumbing work, one hole was in the ceiling of our breakfast nook and 2 large holes from the removal of a heater in the garage (interior and exterior). Rick did the plaster work and his assistant did the stucco work. Both mediums were immaculate. The plaster work was beautiful and paint ready. Our original stucco work is the bumpy mashed potato style and it was the perfect matching bumpiness. My apologies for the belated review. I needed to find Ricks contact information to refer a new customer so corrected my mistake while I was here.

We received an estimate, which seemed very fair, and scheduled the work for 3 days later. Rick and his partner arrived on time, protected the area around their workspace, and went to work quickly. My faith in his abilities was confirmed. Rick's work is impeccable and his skill is evident. I would not be able to find the original defects in the stucco if I tried.
