Jack who was our sales/ consultant was awesome as was Teddi who is a manger. Very responsive & great at answering questions. We were able to get a great deal on a metal roof. The crew did a great job. Dedicated, friendly, & very hard working. They didn't rush but worked methodically as they should have. There was supervision when needed but they knew what they were doing. They also made sure to diligently clean up everything after the tear off including another run with the nail magnet the day after tear off to make sure everything was picked up. I urge anyone looking at replacing or fixing their roof to contact Jack at Indy Roofing to make sure they get a great honest estimate.

After I signed and put the amount down I was added to schedule. Was sent message on date within 2 more days. Crew showed up I showed them where they were going and they started. It did not take long for them to build seemless gutters and hang them. Crew was nice and professional also. I got exactly what I wanted and the price for material and installation was still better than other quotes for jut material. I did call 2 others that also added install but they were 6 months out. In 1 week, I went from estimate to install. Definitely recommend Indy Roofs.

We're an hour away, and I had been trying to get local chimney sweeps and masons to come deal with our house for years. I'd get an estimate, and then no one would follow up. Bone Dry showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, were respectful to my house, property, and people, and cleaned up after they left. We had three different crews come through to address each phase of the work, and everyone was professional, friendly, and communicative. There were a couple of small bumps, but they handled them professionally and quickly. I was, all in all, very pleased with their performance. I'm a building professional myself, and very much appreciate what they do. They're good people, and did a very good job for me. Pricing was reasonable '(this stuff is expensive - brace yourself, but these guys don't overcharge) I'd hire them again without a second thought.

Followed up a few years later by issues where moisture was entering our house through an access point and causing damage to our ceiling. They took partial blame for the situation and repaired things with partial charges. Most recently after a storm, they checked my roof and determined it was OK, but a rake board had come loose and the sales rep showed me a video verifying the need for repair. I consented. When they came to do the repair, it wound up being a simple 'nail back in place job', which was not what all I thought it would necessarily be. Combined with a single loose piece of siding that was also nailed back into place, I was charged $665 for a 10-15 minute job that required basically no materials. When I shared my concern that I felt the charge was excessive for the work performed, I was basically dismissed and charged the full amount. I realize I signed the contract, I simply didn't think the job warranted the full charge. I appreciate they got on a ladder and did work I wasn't comfortable or knowledgable enough to do, and felt a slightly lesser charge seemed to make sense for what they did. Guess I will look elsewhere for future jobs after the lack of understanding to work with me.

Scott worked with our insurance to submit for reimbursement through our insurance and to document repairs. We originally were scheudled for a Wednesday install and no one showed. We were then told Thursday and again, no crew came to complete the roof. TJR was contacted and apologized again and promised 48hrs notice prior to work taking place. The very next day the an entire crew of roofers showed up unannounced at 5pm on a Friday. This was obviously frustrating, but we tried to be flexible to get the roof completed. Months later, we still had uncompleted work replacing roof gutters and fascia. They sent a roofer out and replaced the neighbors fascia instead. Months later, we found roofing nails that were not removed and noticed additional nails in the wood trim installed by TJR that impailed my tire requiring the tire to be completly replaced. We notified TJR and they acknowleged the nails were installed by their crew and would send someone out to remove them within the next 3 weeks... The president of the company Tim Gilliam responded in an incredibly unprofessional manner refusing to pay for any damages they caused. He accused me of intentionally running over nails, stating "Why would you choose to drive over nails you saw in the driveway? Who does that?" It was very unprofessional seeing the President of a company with such disregard for issues they caused. I have many years in general contracting in construction and would never work with a company like this professionally or personally. Save your money and be prepared to pick up after the roofing crew.

Tim admitted on 6/4/22 via text message (screenshot attached) that he came to our property without consent and removed the 2 remaining nails. If he would have knocked on our door, he would have known that we were out of town and could not provide verbal or written consent for him to perform work on our property-TRESSPASSING. However, at Tim Gilliam's own admission, his team did leave 3 nails to hang protection tarps, but when he recently came to clean them up (without consent), only 2 were left, solidifying that one in fact, fell into the driveway. The one that caused damage to our tire requiring it to be replaced.

We hired Two Men and a Gutter to install a wider gutter over our garage. Within a couple months,…read morethe gutter began pulling away from the house, bowing outward, leaking, and overflowing. The installation ultimately left us with a worse problem than the one we originally hired them to solve. What has been far more frustrating than the failed work, however, have been the hostile interactions and complete lack of follow through from Two Men and a Gutter. Over the past year, we have spent countless hours attempting to get this issue resolved. We have made repeated phone calls, left numerous messages, exchanged text messages, and communicated directly with company representatives. Multiple times, the company acknowledged the issue, agreed that the work was covered under warranty, confirmed our account and address, and promised to send someone out to make repairs. No one has ever shown up to even look at the damage, let alone repair it. Each time we followed up, we were given another explanation, another promise, or another timeline. Most recently, we were told someone would come out once the rain had passed. The rain passed. Nobody came. Follow-up messages have gone unanswered. That was in May 2026. To make matters worse, both my husband and I have experienced extremely hostile and aggressive communication from company representatives during our attempts to resolve this issue. What should have been a straightforward warranty repair led to them screaming at me on the phone about our review of their work costing them business. At this point, we have lost confidence that Two Men and a Gutter intends to honor its warranty or stand behind its work. We honestly don't feel safe having by them back at our house either. We will now have to hire and pay another company to correct their poor quality work. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone and would urge you to look elsewhere.
