We didn't realize it existed until we went to the coffee shop next door. We venture around to the Herbalife nutrition shops whenever we are craving shakes that are low in calories. I looked it up on social media after we discovered it and all of the shakes and teas looked delicious so we had to try it! We have been only twice so far but it is definitely one of our favorites of all if the Herbalife shops that we have been to! I love the vibe and the decor and it is also super clean!! The staff are also really friendly and helpful. The size of the shakes and teas are just right. We have been to some places where they are a little smaller but here I think they are a perfect size. Lots of flavors to chose from with optional add ins. The teas are fantastic as well! Some Herbalife shops water down their shakes but not here. I can honestly say after a shake and boosted tea I am full! If you are in the area and are craving a good shake/tea definitely give Spot On Nutrition a try! We will definitely keep coming back!

We were there this past weekend he got a strawberry mango vanilla smoothie. We asked if there were any nuts in it. They said no as soon as we left and walked out to our car, my son started having an allergic reaction severely. I don't know if they didn't rinse the containers and it was cross-contamination but they need to do better. My baby ended up going to the hospital via ambulance & needed an EpiPen & breathing treatments, needless to say we spent our holiday in the hospital for hours. This is not OK. They need to have a whole separate station for allergies free container containers that you make smoothies in this could've been very badly for my son who is only seven. And no one asked us as soon as we walked in there. If there was a nut allergy my son actually asked the staff if there was nuts in his shake please do better. This is not OK and cannot happen again.

Thank goodness I found this adorable shake shop, hidden in a nondescript plaza right next to a Stop n' Shop supermarket. The amazing tea that I got was the perfect cap to a sunny afternoon of outdoor fun. The menu is extensive and impressive, and even though the shakes sound decadent, they are actually healthy and packed with protein - just what you need to fuel up before tackling a jaunt to Cliff Walk or cool down after a run on Bellevue Avenue. There are the usual suspects, like the Strawberry Banana and Mocha Chip, but I am so excited to try the more adventurous offerings like the Raspberry Lemon Torte and Strawberry Pop Tart. I come in often after a workout to get some delicious caffeine that makes me feel refreshed and energized, any one of Tracy's yummy and healthy shakes that leaves me feeling satisfied, and I also come for the good vibes. Tracy is a thoughtful host, generous with her knowledge and her uplifting energy and an equally wonderful person who I've grown to be good friends with. She's created a warm atmosphere and has attracted a special community here in Newport that I always look forward to returning to. You will always leave here feeling better than you came in. :) The skittles tea is one of my favorites with ANY of the shakes especially the ones with peanut butter!
