I was looking for Fremont Notary services in the last minute, came across Gerald, booked appointment for the same day and he responded within 10 minutes. He was very professional, texted me with his quote and answered all my questions. Met him in his apartment complex, was on-time, practiced social distancing, had face mask. First he went through all the pages where it needs to be notarized, asked us to sign and then notarized the documents, entire process was done within 15-20 minutes after I met him. It was very nice of him to bring alcohol wipes to use after finger printing. I'd highly recommend him for anyone looking for Notary services in Fremont area. read more

My family needed a deed notarized and we were left in the lurch when our appointment with an online notary fell through. We were scrambling to find someone quickly, and that's when we found Gerald on Yelp. He responded to my request for a quote within minutes and kindly answered all of our questions about the process (and resolved our concerns about an expired ID) over the phone. His website makes scheduling a breeze and he is easy to reach--a huge relief when you're stressed and in a time crunch like we were. He was able to come out the very next day and was faster and charged lower fees than anyone else around. Gerald is extremely knowledgeable, organized, and so nice. We've all been extremely cautious and have taken COVID and quarantine very seriously. Gerald was very understanding and the whole thing was safely handled through a glass screen door. Start to finish, everything was settled in less than 24 hours and it couldn't have been a better experience. Thanks to him, all went smoothly. Highly, highly recommend him! read more

At the last minute, as I was in need of a mobile notary to notarize a power attorney at a local hospital. Notary Commander provided excellent service. As I called the list of provided by the hospital who were all unavailable or unable to assist during this pandemic. I turned to Yelp and used the message feature. The Notary Commander responded with a link to his website to create the mobile appointment. The appointment creation feature was very simple, complete with calendar and email reminders. As I awaited in the hospital lobby, Notary Commander magically appeared at the hospital even though I input the incorrect phone number as my contact information. He even attempted to contact me and sent me a message via Yelp. He was very professionally and precise, but more willing to assist with my endeavor during this COVID-19 pandemic, as others were somewhat skeptical. read more

Requesting a quote was super simple and I received a response within the same hour, which was fantastic! Gerald and I had originally scheduled our appointment for after 3, but had informed me around almost 2 that he was available early - with that being said, he was over within 15 minutes. I needed a couple forms notarized, as I also am becoming an notary public, so he administrated the oath to me. In and out within 10 minutes! Masks were worn, he even brought alcohol wipes for my fingerprint, and provided me with a receipt. Before leaving he left me his card, should I need assistance down the line; which was very kind of him. I would highly recommend this gentleman to others. read more
