Not only that, but I had a large concentrated pile of orange on top of my head. I took a deep breath and collected myself before calling Donna of my concern. I politely mentioned the issue (I didnt address her rudely/calm tone) and she viciously retorts, "You should've asked for toner then!" I replied, "What? Shouldn't toner be complimentary since it's a blonde color I asked for and not orange?" She answered, "No-it costs extra." I said, "Wow..ok, so why didn't you tell me at the time the result would be orange unless I paid extra for the toner." She replied, "Look..I'm busy right now-there's no refunds but if you want, you can schedule an appointment and I can try fixing it for partial cost." I told her, "No- I'd like it to be fixed at no cost since orange is not the color I asked for." She refused to fix it for free and I wrote the BBB (better business bureau). I went someplace else to have it fixed and the hairstylist there told me she would have to cut several inches off my hair since Donna overprocessed and fried my hair.
