I've been receiving spa treatments here for 20+ years. Never had a bad experience but for once and they were very accommodating. I use my favorite nail tech and messuse. This year 2026 the food in the sports bar Stix was better than usual. K-Bar is always good. Many changes and challenges as any place but our favorite RV Resort with all the conveniences of the casino. Come visit, something for everyone. read more

I left a review a year ago that was not the best review. I genuinely think that there was different management at the time, and I'm so glad that things have changed for the better here. Today, I had a wonderful pedicure with Anna. The gals at the front desk had amazing customer service skills and were so kind, Anna was amazing and did an incredible job on my pedicure, and I didn't have to deal with the hassle of calling to schedule an appointment over the phone with a receptionist who lacked customer service skills like last time. Had a 90 minute massage with Pat yesterday. It was the most relaxing and wonderful massage I can ever remember. The spa is clean. The staff is friendly. Don't think I've seen a bigger shower at a spa before! Wish I had the time to go back for another. read more

Too expensive. I perfer Going to Burk Williams when I'm in California 3 x a year or up to Portland. The reality is this area of Oregon has no idea what a real spa is. That being said. This is the closest anyone will get to a decent spa, it looks nice, but the staff is poorly trained and has hig turnover. You may leave with a fungal infection, tonail fungas or a hang nail (manny pdei). If your getting your hair done for a wedding great it will do. Just letting you all know what I know. Had a gift certificate and it was not a great experience (before covid) and the rotation of staff is never ending. read more

What a fabulous day. I have to admit, I'm a bit of a spa snob and usually go to Portland for the past 4 years. I had heard service experience had really turned around so had to try them again. The staff here is so welcoming from the moment you walk in. SO many shout outs but I don't remember everyone's name. There is a new Assistant Manager - such a sweetie and knowledgeable. First...Jamie, JAmie, JAMIE! She recommended the AHA facial and spoiled me rotten. Can I come back tomorrow for the foot and arm massage? She has been here for 12 years and a master at her craft. I'm booking the oxygen treatment next month. Then Carlie for pedi-mani. She is a perfectionist- no detail (or hang nail) escapes her notice. I received three services here on two separate days. The massage and body wrap were good, as was the facial. However, I have a few comments that I think would make their services much better. The first is that the service for the wrap and the facial were advertised to be customized personally for me. This was not true. I went into the service and I got what they had. To me this borders then false advertising. Also, it would be nice to know what they are doing to me. For example, they applied so many ointments and oils, it would be nice if they said, "this is for xxx and it is good for xxx. It might feel tingly [or whatever]." Also, there is nice soothing music, but no scents, like essential oils. I thought if they were going to customize a service they might ask for hat scents I like or even just have something soft going in the room. Also, I got a foot and hand massage with the facial. These massages were ok, but the foot massage was not worth the extra $$ for adding 20 minutes so I could get the foot massage. I think if they are going to offer the foot and hand massage with the facial that the esthetician could receive some tips on how to make these massages awesome. Lastly, the spa showers and rest rooms could use a few upgrades, like more after shower products and benches in the shower areas. Again, overall my experience was good. But the suggestions above could hep make the experience more epic. read more

What a headache! I tried to do something nice for my girl friend and set up an appointment for several Spa services. I was barraged by 20, literally 20 text messages confirming the appointment the day I made the appointment. Some said "please no replies to this message". The rest were all releases and and spa consultation requests. My Girl friend replied and we were told we were all set. About 2 weeks before the appointment I called to verify everything was all set up and to pay for the services, so it would be an easy no stress time for my girl friend. At that point I was told I could not pay by phone and would have to go on line and purchase a gift card. I did that and printed out a copy of the gift card and all the pertinent information. I gave this all to my gal, who presented it after the service and she was told it was not good enough and she would have to pay the whole amount right then. This started the three week process to get a refund including to stops at the spa where we were told there was nobody that could help us on site and someone would get back to us right away. About 10 days later I called and was told there was nobody that could help us at the spa. and someone would get back to us. Then I was hit by another barrage of questions that were all information we had already supplied the spa. Now we are told it could be several days to process the refund. It has been four days and nothing. Beware! read more

I have come to this spa 5+ times for manicures and pedicures (had my husband get his hair cut here, in addition to having my hair blow dried, and many other services) and to enjoy the steam room, dry sauna, and tub sauna. It is really well kept and the staff is very professional and nice. Each of the nail technicians that I have gone to are very professional and do an impeccable job at cleaning up my cuticles and paying attention to the polish application. I go to Bailey and she also does facials which I intend on trying the next time I come up. My most recent stay was June 3, 2017 and most recent service was the same day. The products that they use smell great. I am extremely sensitive to smells, including overpowering perfume smells and I get sick easily from it. The smells in the spa are always neutral and natural smelling, like lemongrass, cucumbers, etc. There is a variety of tea and infused spa water available through out the spa (in the manicure/pedicure station, and in the relaxation room near the lockers). In addition to the service, if you are hungry, you can order food from the restaurant, directly into the spa. They have a huge fruit and yogurt parfait, with seasonal berries (strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries). It is a treat to have a food menu offered to you, should you be hungry or want to drink (alcohol) that you can order and eat while have the services done. I now want to plan a bachelorette get away with my twin sister for her big day in 2018 and come to this hotel and this spa for many services. Everything at the Seven Feathers Casino is great and I hold their spa as a gold standard, because they have such an incredible facility and personnel. The only thing that may be a deterrent for someone is that the Seven Feathers does not accept American Express credit cards. Other than that, they accept all other major credit cards and have a cute spa gift shop with iLike Organic products from Hungary (in addition to shirts, sweatshirts, robes, flip flops, blankets, gifts, etc). read more

I was looking for a place w a hot tub and sauna to work out my sore legs and back. I am new to the Roseburg area and Google search pointed me to River Rock Spa. For $25, I got a day pass to their pool, gym, hot tubs, mineral pool (away from pool area, very quiet and relaxing), sauna and steam room. Plus, they let you use during your stay, a fresh cotton robe and shower shoes. They have a nice changing rooms w lockers. the area is small but sophisticated and clean. They have a lounge area for pre-massagers to wait and for pre-post soakers. There is fresh water and hot tea to sip on while you wait. $25 is standard at most hotels and RRS's staff makes it a nice get-away. i will definitely go back! read more

My daughter from Medford took me to Seven Feathers Spa for a late Mother's Day gift. We were given robes and sandles at check-in. Our spa day included a shared steam bath (in our robes), a heavenly, private facial, quiet time talking in the lounging area, and a fun, shared pedicure. I didn't think I liked steam baths, but changed my mind with this visit. Everything (except make-up and a swim suit, which I didn't need) was provided for me). My relaxed state seemed to last at least a week. Since I live in Nevada, it was so special to spend this alone-time with my daughter. Totally a River Rock Spa regular and I am totally okay with that! Anytime I need a pedicure or massage this is the only place to go! It's worth the drive from Roseburg to have a few hours of relaxing "me time". Sometimes making an appointment is difficult, so give yourself some time to be placed on hold. I've been to river rock spa multiple times before, all good experiences. However, after today's visit I don't know that I'll be back. I am 38 weeks pregnant and scheduled a pedicure to pamper myself before baby arrives. I arrived 15 min early to check in. At 11:00, my scheduled appointment time, I was informed they were finishing up with another customer and would be right out for me. At 11:45, I was still sitting out front waiting for my turn, with no explanation from anyone. I ended up cancelling my appointment and leaving because I had already been sitting there for an hour and wasn't getting a turn soon. I was offered no apology just a 25% discount for the wait. I just wish they would have been honest and said, "I'm sorry we're running a little behind." I would have completely understood and could have gone to eat and came back. read more

My husband and I booked a few services while staying at Seven Feathers on Saturday, January 2nd, 2016. My husband got a men's pedicure and massage. I got a deep pore cleansing facial and massage. My husband's pedicure was okay. He said that he had wished they would have talked to him about his dry feet and perhaps some ways to help prevent that in the winter time. His massage which was performed alongside mine (couples) was average as well. Although she was a very nice masseuse her movements were to quick as she worked from one muscle to the next. A lot of times the trigger points of the muscle would slip from under her fingers which made the service uncomfortable. My services started with a facial. The bed was nice and warm and all the products felt great going on. I'm not sure why she never looked at my skin under the light or mag lamp. The room was very dimly lit so she could not have done an analysis with just the light in the room. Her touch was very light like she was tentative to touch my skin, especially during the cleansing. The facial was by no means bad - but not good enough for me to re-book with that Esthetician. My massage was great. Nolan was my therapist and he actually listened to where my trouble areas were. He used very precise movements and checked in to make sure the pressure wasn't too much. This, literally, was the best massage I have received in a very long time. I plan to re-book with him in the future. Lastly, because this was our first visit to their spa it would have been nice to have known there were other amenities that we could have used during our stay. We probably would have soaked or sat in the sauna prior to our services, but we didn't know that was available. There were a few other minor things that occurred, but not worth discussion. Went for manicures and pedicures with my mother in law and daughter for my birthday. The experience was nice; however, within 5 hours the nail polish was already coming off my daughters fingers in full pieces and by the next morning mine was chipping too. I called to complain, they offered a polish change. When I explained I was unable to come in for that they promised that the director of services would call and see what could be done. Well, no one ever called to rectify the situation. After tip it was $170 for my daughter and I. I expect more from companies who charge that much for their services. read more
