I had been trying to find a salon where I felt comfortable trusting someone with both my color and haircut, and after checking 7 different places, I finally ended up here -- and I'm SO glad I did! From the very beginning, the customer service stood out. Liz was at the front when I first walked in. They didn't have anyone available to take me at that moment, but she was so kind and let me know she could do my haircut Saturday at 12 PM. I later checked availability online and booked an appointment with Michelle for Friday at 4:30 PM. Michelle reached out to me almost immediately and explained that her latest appointment was actually at 3 PM. Instead of simply turning me away, she offered to check with the team to see who could accommodate my schedule. She came back and found Jenny available Friday at 4:30 PM. THAT kind of teamwork and communication already made such a great impression on me. Then Jenny reached out before my appointment and asked what I had in mind and whether I had any inspiration pictures. I told her I was looking for a color correction and haircut, and from the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable. Jenny was welcoming, easy to talk to, and very natural. She took the time to understand what I wanted, guided me through everything, and made sure I felt comfortable speaking up about my preferences or any changes I wanted along the way. And then came the unexpected bonus... while washing my hair, Jenny gave me a head, temple, and scalp massage. ‍ Between the color service, the haircut, the massage, and just the overall experience, I felt like I got so much more than I expected. She did my color exactly how I envisioned it, gave me the haircut I wanted, and finished everything with a beautiful blowout. I left feeling AMAZING. What really impressed me was that the team was responsive, accommodating, honest about pricing, and genuinely listened to what I wanted and needed. That is hard to find! I'm already planning to bring my mom and my daughter here for their haircuts. And if you can book with Jenny -- DO IT! She is absolutely wonderful. This salon truly went above and beyond my expectations. I'm so happy I found this place!

She even offered her a comfortable space to sit and wait while I had my hair done, which meant so much to me. Since my hair had been dyed many times over the years (and the last two times were a very dark brown), Robin explained why it was important not to over-process the bleach and risk permanent damage. Sorry." He claims he a color expert and had good reviews but he was not compassionate nor caring about my situation. Anyways, I checked yelp instead. I reached out to as many stylists I could that would respond right away, educate me, would answers my questions and had good reviews. I never have "hair salon anxiety" with Annie because I trust her so much and know my hair will always turn out perfect in her hands. She's a very busy person so please remember to book your appointments well in advance and be patient as you should with any service person but know that she really cares about her clients and will fit you in and accommodate any changes that you might need within reason. I've been going to her for more than five years now and her prices are reasonable for the industry of beauty :,) you get what you pay for and you pay for quality here. Just be detailed and specific about what you want, what you dislike, and understand and ask questions nicely if you have any concerns. Fair warning, if you want a hair stylist that doesn't talk to you or you need to get somewhere after your appointment, she does run late and does care about relationships with her clients and likes to chat. I'm someone who expects to spend the full day at the salon since my hair is thick and it takes about 6-7 hours to get this type of work done. I go in every 6 months and will bring work with me or something to kill time when I'm waiting around for processing and if she happens to run late. She's very clean and the studio is well lit and has nice aesthetics. Happy to say I won't be needing a new hair stylist soon. Although I do have to drive extra to her after moving, I like her work, her personality, her attention to the questions and concerns I have.

I love this place!..... So I've never had any other hair stylist than Henry he is amazing! He always listens to what you are requesting and gives input when requested. He always has a smile and a professional attitude....So for my latest visit I came in as a walk in and Henry was completely booked up :( and although he said he would not be able to be my stylist today he consulted with me as to how I wanted to get my hair done. Once he showed me samples of different hair colors we finally decided on how my hair color would be. Then he introduced me to Leo...( now I was a little nervous since Henry has been my only stylist and I have complete faith in him)...since Henry was booked Leo was soo kind to me since I was a little nervous. Leo knew exactly what he was doing, he was patient when it came to adding my highlights (my hair is long and I have a lot of it) he always kept the conversation going since it would be a long process and he was very gentle when dealing with my hair. Once he was done with my hair, I was absolutely amazed!! I loved my hair!! Thank you Henry and Leo I will always be your loyal customer keep up the great work!! read more

Appreciated the quick and easy scheduling and friendly service…read more My 2 star rating is for the actual haircut. I did start by trying to explain and show John a photo of what type of layered haircut with front long bangs I wanted. He kept saying, I know what you need and cut according to what he thought was best. Normally this would not bother me but, going to a stylist for the first time and them not listening to my concerns is unsettling. After my blow out, the haircut did not come close to the photo. Even then, I waited a few days, washed my hair and tried to style my hair. Very different. The haircut is fine, just not want I wanted.

I literally gave John a hug. He did such an amazing job…read morewith my long hair to layering it, I stood up and gave him a hug when he was done. He has a great sense of humor, and worked so fast but careful. I will definitely be back!!

I had an appointment with Jean for a hair styling job. But my experience has been nothing but…read morehorrible. Jean's knowledge about styling was very limited. He messed my hair with a wrong color and never apologized. When I asked for money back, he was like, dude no money back. Very unprofessional, rude and pays less attention to details. While I was having my style done, I heard his wife Christine shouting and screaming outside the store on a young teenage girl. My first impression was not great. This place is not recommended for family. I highly recommend to stay away with the owners as with age, they lost their marvel and treat their customers like s**t.

"I found Christine's behavior to be extremely UNPROFESSIONAL"I have gone to Christine at this Salon…read moretwice before. This third time I scheduled the appointment, she first got the date wrong. She booked me one weekend later than I had asked her via text message. She never apologized for it which would have been the professional thing to do. I would have understood that because everyone makes mistakes. She finally texted me two days before the appointment date she had on her schedule to very rudely ask me if I still wanted to keep the appointment, and if not "she had other people waiting to take that appointment." I texted her back the very next day to say yes I would like to keep the appointment and she told me she had already removed me from her schedule....I am dumbfounded at her unprofessionalism. This is not how one should run a business.
