I had a fantastic experience at The Nash Casino! The atmosphere was modern, clean, and very welcoming. Every dish we tried was fresh and flavorful -- the chicken and waffles were perfectly crispy and sweet, the lobster roll was generously filled, and the burger was juicy with great toppings. I have been too quite a few casinos, and The Nash is great. I've been there a few times and I've gone home a winner twice. It's very clean. The people are nice and I love all the machines and games at a 30 minute drive for me. I have one at 15 minutes away and I would rather take the 30 minute drive up to the Nash. Location is convenient with plenty of parking. Table games does get filled quickly even on weekdays except for the $50 and $25 Tables. Waitresses for drinks are seldom around or at the slot machines. The positives are that the Slot machines are plentiful for both downstairs and upstairs. The machines are replaced or moved around every 2 weeks. Restaurants and eating locations are convenient but you can easily go to the mall and find food for lesser cost. Will return because of the convenience vs going to CT. read more

Cool new spot as far as casinos goes. Still hard to believe that this place used to be Sears! We arrived on Sunday around 9pm and had a some drinks and food at the grill/bar. The spinach alfredo pizza was delicious, and so was the maple bacon burger. Bartender was friendly and attentive. Everything was super reasonably priced - $50 for food and drink to feed the three of us! Plenty of slots tables, and blackjack, which is what I was looking for. A little bummed the lowest buy-in was $15, I was looking for a $5 or $10 min table. There was $5 downstairs but they were all closed off. I spent about an hour at the blackjack table though and enjoyed my time, even though I lost it all! But the dealers were good and the ther players were fun and helpful. I would come back just for the inexpensive wine and delicious food. And I would also try the proper steakhouse. Downstairs there are a couple pool tables and there's a multilevel screen for sports events/entertainments with plenty of lounge seating. I was downstairs in the mall in the arcade (not "gambling" in the legal sense, air hockey and whatnot) when I heard that there was an actual casino around the Dr. John cornder and up the stairs from the arcade. I had to visit for the story, since where I come from the gambling laws do not allow casinos in a shopping mall where you can play air hockey in an arcade after buying a graphic novel at Newbury Comics. Last time I was in Vegas for a Golden Knights game (pre-Marner) I lost $5 at the Game of Thrones slot machine in Excalibur even quicker than I did in a certain alley in Saigon back in 19-dickety-two. This time I lost $2 very quickly at the slot machines in this casino, but it was still a fun experience to gamble in a shopping mall. This casino looked brand new and shiny everywhere. The restrooms were clean, the carpet was clean, all of the machines looked like the plastic had just been taken off of them. There was no table of no limit Texas hold 'em and the blackjack table was for much higher rollers than I was going to be on an arcade day. So if any complaints were to be had, those were the extent of things I noticed. If you are driving through town between the White Mountains and Boston and pull off the road for various sundries in the shopping mall, why not consider gambling? read more

Normally, I would say I wasn't that thrilled because the casino was actually in a mall but once you're inside the casino itself, you feel nothing showed up being in Las Vegas within an hour. My primary destination was Proper Chophouse, it was excellent, see separate review. After dinner, we walked around the casino to check it out. I don't frequent/seek out casinos, but have been to Vegas many times and thought it would be fun to compare. The casino is clean, has all the typical noises you would expect, but not annoyingly loud. It does not appear that drinks are on the house if you play. I saw a bar where you can purchase drinks and take them to the machines, as well as servers who would deliver drinks to where you play. You can go to "The Cage" and get a customer reward card. It can't be used to pay to gamble, but after you get the card, you go to a kiosk and can load promotions, which may be for the casino, or discounts at the restaurants on certain days. When we went, there was a $15 promo for new customers, so we loaded it up and went to the slots. After trying a dozen times to get the machine to accept the loyalty card, we took it back to "The Cage". A manager came out pretty quickly, explaining there is only one way to put the card in. She took it to a slot machine to show us, only to experience what we did. She printed a new card as maybe the magnetic strip was defective, but after 6 or so attempts with that one (putting it in quickly, then slowly, then at a slight angle, etc.) the stars lined up and it turned green. She shared some frustration at how picky these machines are at accepting the loyalty cards. After she got it to work, she kindly demonstrated how to transfer the $15 to the machine for play. We thanked her and found a different one to play. We, once again, experienced the same issue, took a bunch of tries, but finally the "Retry Card" red light went away and it turned green. We played the $1 slots, and it took less than 5 minutes to burn through $15. In order to play any of the machines, you need cash. The cards cannot be prepaid and used to play. I didn't see any retro type slots, these are all just giant screens which give the appearance of slot machines. On the way out, we saw a wheel of fortune type game, but there was no minimum dollar amount listed to play. We fed in $1 and it took it, but no lights lit up on any of the buttons. After trying them all with no action, we chose the Cash Out button. We got a printed voucher for .30 cents. So, it cost us .70 cents to not play. The greeter at the door was pleasant and wished us a good evening. The entire casino experience was unsatisfying. Maybe playing a lower denomination (they had 1cent and 5cent slots also) might yield more fun as there would be more actual game play. Also the frustration with the loyalty card not working kinda lessened the whole play experience. read more

Awful. It was my first experience there. I put $20.00 in the machine and it changed to $10.00. I added 4 more twenty dollar bills but they didn't show up. So I cashed out to see what was happening and my receipt only showed $40.00. So I called the attendant and she could see my money. She said it looks like you were playing. I never hit spin. We'll when you put your money in your arm must've grazed the spinner. She said sorry, laugh and basically ran away. I have Edema and my lower arm is swollen that must've been how it grazed the spinner. She didn't offer to help me out at all. I've played at casinos before. Didn't know they were so sensitive. Never had this problem at Encore or Foxwoods. read more

The Nash Casino officially opened on March 5, 2025 in the former Sears space at the Pheasant Lane Mall. This age 21 and over two level casino features 1,200 gaming machines, close to 28 game tables, 19 poker tables and 5 restaurants & bars including Stadium Social Sports Bar & Grill with DraftKings Sportsbook kiosks, which has full service bars with seats on two levels and stadium seating & tables between levels facing jumbo wide screen projection TVs. The Top Golf Swing Suite, game tables, and some of the electronic gaming machines are on Level 1. More electronic games, table games, high limit slots, and the other 4 restaurants/bars are on Level 2. Since I've received recent mailers for the anticipated opening of The Nash with promotions to join Club Nash Rewards program, I decided to stop by The Nash after work to check it out and grab some dinner at one of their in-casino restaurants 4 of the 5 restaurants/bars were open for operation with the future Asian restaurant on Level 2 still being developed. I decided to stop at Woodlands Cafe on Level 2 which is a full service sitdown restaurant serving American fare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The lunch/dinner menu features a selection of appetizers, sandwich burger plates, salads, soup, and main entrees such as fish & chips, baked haddock, salmon, lobster mac & cheese, steak tips, & brick chicken and a few all day breakfast dishes. They also offer desserts. Upon checking in, I was promptly seated at a table in the front dining room and given a menu. The server arrived in about 5 minutes and I immediately placed my order for a starter and entree. For a starter, the Asparagus Fries ($7.99 plus tax) was comprised of five tender fried asparagus spears coated in a crispy Woodlands pecorino herb crust (like panko) served with Woodlands buttermilk dipping sauce. I needed to cut the spears or otherwise I was trying to eat the whole asparagus spear separated from the breading. For an entree, the Blackened Chicken Alfredo ($14.99 plus tax), cut pieces of tender chicken breast rubbed with bold Cajun spices & pan-seared for a smoky flavor, tossed with crisp broccoli & juicy tomatoes in a creamy Alfredo sauce over soft cavatappi pasta and served with toasted garlic bread. The bowl portion of pasta was a good sized with plenty of chicken, broccoli & tomatoes in a mild spiced cream sauce. The 2 thin garlic toast were very firm and crumbly. After I was finished, I had enough and got the check which was $24.93 with tax and before tip. Overall, the food at Woodlands was 3.7/5.0, but come here earlier for more consistent service (more staff). The crowd noise and music from the casino floor was a bit loud. After dinner, I headed onto the casino floor to officially pickup my Club Nash card in one of several long lines, get my free shirt and start playing some electronic slot games. They were also doing a lucky seat promotion for Club Nash members to win a $1,000. I will definitely be back to Woodlands Cafe, Proper Chophouse, and the other restaurants at The Nash more meals and gaming. read more

The casino itself is fine but the sports bar restaurant was horrible. We ordered two drinks and very watered down and then had two pizzas that was not fully cooked. Our table was wet so we asked the staff to dry it and they legit threw a towel for us to clean it! Wow took over na hour for food and no apologies. I had to leave to the bar upstairs and they made me a way better cocktail. If you're coming here do not get anything at the sports bar. There is a lounge area where you can bring your own drink and sit down and watch the games which was the nice part. The place does get busy fyi on the weekends. Parking does get hectic but I park on the other side of JCPenney and it was less hectic. Overall I would Come back but not to the sports bar. And there is two sections for it FYI one upstairs and downstairs owned by the same bar. read more

Even after being open for several months this place isn't ready for Prime Time. I booked a Top Golf Suite for a private company Christmas Party which I paid for and then 3 days prior to the event received an email form the "Stadium Manager" that the facility had been previously booked and there was a "booking error". Given the short notice of the cancellation, I was stuck without options to find an alternative location for this party. There was no offer of any compensation from the facility for their error despite voicing my displeasure with the process. Seems like their attitude was "too bad". My advice is stay away from this place, they dont care about thier customers. read more

It is a nice place to visit and the sports book area is great with all the TV's showing multiple events. It's an old Sears store that has been refurbished and they did a nice job to redo the whole location. We played a couple of games but didn't stay long, I heard NH has a high revenue share so while I like that it goes to the state and charities I'd rather it went in my pocket. They have various restaurants which I'll probably try next time. read more

This place is right in the mall & within radius of Daniel Webster Highway, US 3/Spaulding Turnpike & as it is said: location, location, location. I signed up & as a beginner got $16 in free play for the slots but note in NH the machines are deemed HHR machines which means it's related to a horse racing track thing & don't get me wrong because they can pay pretty well even if you bet low. The place has two floors of action & not only machines but tables like blackjack, craps, roulette, carnival tables, sports betting & yes Virginia poker room but small note though it's with NH charity gaming (say you lost a small amount your loses get spread out through many charities which are partnered) but side note though it's NH gaming it doesn't have NH Lottery (who knew) read more

They're charging $55 just to sit in basic seats, and the game audio was either completely off or barely audible. It was very clean. Everybody was very friendly. There was plenty of parking in there. It was about 90 outside. He was very cool and comfortable on the inside. All the restaurants look clean. We stopped to get breakfast and it was two for one so we got one breakfast, free and paid for one. The coffee was pretty good there too. The waitresses were fine. All the people were friendly. They have a smoking section and not smoking section I would definitely go there again. read more

The Nash is nice casino new games plenty of promos. I have been going there for 5 days a week over 6 months the problem is security at the door. I know this will be hard to believe I am 69 years old was asked for ID the policy at the Nash is if you look over 35 NO ID is required. I went there today and was denied access to casino because I didn't bring ID with me have never been asked for before but here is the worst part is I am wearing a boot because of fractured fibula I told that to security about fibula but he said I had to walk back to my vehicle so I did then I went to the main entrance and watched as several people walked in without being carded so I went back to the person who wouldn't let me in without ID and told him about people getting in without ID his answer was the people who weren't ask for ID and believe it or not he said those people must have been to Nash earlier in the day I know that staff at door change hourly and I'm sure every security person at the door does not remember every person who walks in seriously.With all the money the Nash spends on advertising and have security turning people away does not make sense. I have tried calling the Nash to talk to someone all you get is messages about places to eat or if you know the persons ext you want to talk to which how would I know unless they told me. 1 other thing my 89 year old mother was asked to open her pocket book while security went thru her pocket book but not just looking in her pocket book he put his hands inside and moved things around then I watched someone walk into casino with golf clubs they let him walk right in so I asked security why he didn't search golf bag he said the 2 metal tubes at the door where metal detectors hmm so why do they search females pocket books? So I went to Gate City casino the policy is everyone one has to show ID which I don't have a problem with. It's not a big deal to bring ID with me but to NEVER BE ASKED for ID at Nash then asked for it and told it didn't matter that I had was wearing a boot with broken fibula I had walk back to your car and get ID. It's not on the same level as Foxwoods or Encore, but considering that this took the place of a Sears, I think they used the space wisely and there is a bit of everything here that you would expect at a casino. There are plenty of slot machines, some table games, two bars, virtual sports center, and a few restaurants. I also thought it was cool that the lower level bar area had some free games like pool and shuffleboard. The casino was very clean and all of the staff that we encountered from the staff at the door to the bartenders were friendly and helpful. The fact that it is attached to the mall made it a great rainy day activity. read more

I thought the blackjack tables at a minimum of $25 was a little high. . The lower level had some shuffleboard tables foosball billiards a bar slot machines, and a couple of table machines. Attendant arrived and could not get my voucher out. Called service tech and took over 30 minutes to get my voucher back. Was told I would be compensated for my troubles. About 2 hours later was given a voucher for $25.00 dollars off with purchase of $75.00 or more at the Chop House restaurant, seriously! What an INSULT! Seems to me they could care less about keeping their patrons satisfied. This has totally soured my experience at the Nash. Crunched voucher and gave back to the marketing manager saying to her she should be ashamed of herself. I was there with friends in July 3rd and left (kicked out) in tears because a pit boss, Daniel was having a bad night. On a crowded floor he came up to my face, unprovoked and screamed at me in front of everyone for watching people play blackjack. while I was waiting for a seat at a table to open I was watching. when I told him I wasn't doing anything wrong he threatened me and kicked me and the group i was with out. I will add that I am a middle aged woman, not some young kid so his behavior lost his business money and respect. I will never ever give them my business again!!! read more

My friend with hip dysplasia and I sat at the handicap seats at the bar and no one came over. We waited for 10 minutes and watched them serve others as they ignored us. Last night (5/16) was our first (and last) visit. We will NOT be back. The doorman was rude! We came in with a Dairy Queen milkshake and instead of simply saying, "You'll need to finish that before you come in?" He barked, "you not coming in here with that!" Then he took our IDs, handed mine back to me and scanned my partner's into some little machine. Why do they need to scan IDs and who has access to that information? Brendan is very unprofessional. We asked for assistance with our drinks and we were told to get in line during our 1 hour reservation for top golf. There was food left on our table as we arrived. There was little tending to top golf reservations. The waiter insulted my friend for having a hand bag relentlessly. I would not waste your money in top golf. The ONLY casino I've ever been to that was to cheap to put on the UFC fight card! Absolutely blown away that such a nice place, with incredibly friendly staff and terrific food would drop the ball so badly! It's a damn casino!!! Get people in the door! Give them a reason to show up and you'll make your money. The amount it costs to pay to have the fights on pales in comparison to the revenue they'd generate! Mind blowing stupidity by the "big wigs" on this one. And this wasn't the first time! It happened before, but we figured it was just an oversight. NOPE! The bosses here are either too cheap, or too stupid! He'll, if Dave and Busters, and Buffalo Wild Wings can afford the fights, I think the casino will be ok financially! Spend some money...or watch people do exactly what they did the two nights you tried to save a few bucks - get pissed off and head off to another venue.
