And this dealer is like checking his watch every five seconds, moaning and complaining every time my friend and I put down a bet, and genuinely muttering what I assume to be insults about my friend and I because he doesn't want to do the job he signed up for and spin a ball around a colorful wheel. I don't think I'll be coming back here after that, swearing and muttering under your breath at customers because you have a late shift is terrible customer service. Even after we tipped the guy didn't even look up or say anything.

They were doing gift card sweeps while I was eating, and I couldn't really hear the names being called. The announcements were very muffled in the restaurant. You can hear the names pretty clearly throughout the casino, but once you're sitting in the restaurant, it's really hard to tell what names are being called. I think it would be a great idea to have a screen in the restaurant showing the names as they're called. That way, people who are eating can still see if their name is being called without having to leave their table or constantly try to listen for the announcements. Overall, I still enjoy coming here and will definitely be back. Just something I think could make the experience better for people dining at the restaurant during the sweeps.

The bar was so slammed the entire time, they had only one bartender on. She had a whole bar full of people plus a never ending line of patrons waiting for drinks. It was awful. We also did a little gambling and were incredibly disappointed when our horse won the race only to find out the gentleman who gave us our ticket hit the wrong horses number. Gambled on horse #1, the ticket was for horse #2! So we lost all those winnings. The man did apologize but it was just so disappointing. In all it was fun to go watch the horses, but I was very surprised that the outdoor bar wasn't open. It was really a beautiful day and they lost out on lots of revenue from not properly staffing for the crowds. Lastly, we went into the casino to get some food only to find out there are very few options. Pizza, burgers or Dunkin. We ordered a pizza to take back to the grand stand and it was mediocre. Kind of a sad day and we will not be rushing back again.

The room itself is gorgeous just like the rest of the resort and casino. It's very classy and classic inside, mostly white and cream decor with pops of color. We had the king suite and it was super spacious with a couch, large bathroom, bath, shower, and a nice view of the harbor. It's also very tech savvy with an ipad that controls mostly everything in the room. Beds are also comfortable and it was super clean. They have food/drinks in the fridge but you have to pay. It's nice for a little getaway and convenient if you want to sleep after playing in the casino downstairs. Plus parking is free and there's a water shuttle to Boston. Honestly a good idea for tourists too wanting to see the city. I'd stay here again!

I stopped in here recently, strictly to order dinner on a busy Friday night. I decided to sit up at the bar for prompt service. I was given a food menu, which offers pub fare including appetizers, wings, fried foods, pizzas, salads, burgers, sandwiches, chicken tenders, steak, fish & chips, and desserts. The bar offers a decent selection of beer (bottles and draft), cocktails, martinis, and margaritas. I quickly decided on the Award Winning Chicken Tender Plate ($14.99) which was a generous portion of 8 homemade breaded chicken tenders (smothered in BBQ sauce-my choice) and fries, served with dipping sauces (housemade). I tried out bleu cheese, ranch, and sweet hot chili sauce for dipping my tenders. The chicken tenders were very hot with a firm texture, juicy, and slightly chewy. Halfway through dinner, I decided to get a box for the tenders so I could order a dessert. The bartender suggested The Mt.
