I was visiting relatives in a nearby town, we decided to check it out, it is in an old bowling center and still has bowling lanes which looked fun. The security guy was a turn off as he was in some kind of officers uniform unlike other casinos where they are in a suit and tie. The restroom were single stall and handicapped accessible ,although the signs for one bathroom said MEN and the other said "All OTHERS "!!!! why not just label then BOTH Gender neutral! The Slots area we nice and had several selections of slots ,it also had a separate smoking slot room. I understand this is a charitable gaming ,so that was a plus. they had a roulette table or 2. I got a couple of bonus plays ,it was fun. I didn't eat anything there but the menu looked inviting. read more

If you aren't having a good time when visiting Filotimo, you aren't doing it right. With so many different gaming options, DraftKings Sportsbook and live poker tournaments/cash offerings and a beyond fabulous menu there is much to take away. The staff is incredible. Friendly, knowledgeable and fair. Love so many, I couldn't begin to name them all. More than anything it's the employees who make the visit incredibly fun. Not a bad place if you don't feel like driving to Encore or Foxwoods. Clean. Needs more roulette tables open than just the usual one. Plenty of poker tables/dealers. Usually enough blackjack tables open for the amount of people there. More than enough slots, but if you're a fan of the older reel slots, you're out of luck. Wish they had more reel based slots because these new ones, you can hardly tell what's going on until you win or lose. There doesn't seem to be a pitboss overseeing everything, and you can't earn points at the tables...only on the slots, which I don't normally play anyway. But if they had more reel slots I'd probably play more, and if they gave you points at the tables, I'd probably have much more. Restaurant is good for a drink and mediocre food. Pizza/burgers/bar food. All in all, it serves its purpose. But don't go there expecting Foxwoods or Vegas if that's what you're used to. read more

Casino is great! But the restaurant has gone downhill. They downsized the menu to just pub food., so disappointing. I ordered a martini that never came. Had to reorder. Got nachos and they were ok. We ordered a burger w fries, a burger with rings, and a chic sandwich w fries. Rings were good. The two burgers were dry as dust. Fries were overcooked. Chic sandwich was decent but again fries were bad. Server nice as usual. Bring back the old menu! read more

This place is a joke. When you lose, they pride themselves... when you win, they call you drunk and kick you out. There's no having a good time here. Security is an absolute joke as well. They put judgement on everybody. The dealers also don't know how to count worth a damn, so make sure to have your winnings double checked by the pit boss. read more

Until a few weeks ago I never knew that they had casinos, let alone poker tournaments, in New Hampshire. I haven't played an in-person tournament since Covid-19 hit the scene last spring. I was overjoyed to hear about the Filotimo casino and restaurant in Manchester, which was previously knows as the Manchester Poker Room. I couldn't wait to get there yesterday and register for the Saturday tournament, which begins at 2pm. I always arrive very early for things, a gift I received from my father, so to relax for a bit after registering I sat down at the bar to have lunch. The placemats due double duty as menus and one side had typical American fare ranging from grinders (submarine sandwiches), to seafood, and pretty much everything in between. The other side featured Greek selections like lamb kabobs and many other dishes. I had a BLT club and it, as well as the service, was superb. I especially liked the french fries and they were among the best that I've ever had. I washed it all down with my choice from their extensive collection of beers. When it came time for the tournament I was well nourished and ready to compete. :-) The Filotimo poker room is very attractive and well lit. There are limited seats available, so you will probably want to get there really early in order to register. (77 players began the tournament I was in so that would be at least 13 tables.) Apparently they also have "alternates" where you are placed on a waiting list for the next available seat. I think that this is probably because, once again due to Covid-19, the normally 9 player tables are limited to six people. The game is no-limit Hold'em which is pretty much the standard anywhere you go. The dealers and staff are very friendly, helpful, and good at their jobs. I was very happy with my entire experience while at the table, and I lasted much longer than I'd expected to. I'll mention here that I am a trans-woman, and everyone was just as nice and accepting of me as they were when I played my first tourney at Foxwoods in October of 2018 :-) I also want to give special thanks to Jaime, the owner (and I hope that I spelled his name correctly), who shook my hand and spoke to me when I was leaving. The hotel we were staying at will pick up from here with the shuttle so they suggested we come here after an event at SNU arena. Not a good first impression when we got out of the UBER in the parking lot. 3-4 cops with an intoxicated guy on the ground holding his head. We went in for a few minutes and had a drink. Bartender was really standoffish with us over the mixed drink I ordered. The other couple we were with played a couple of games. Worst casino and service in the entire world never been more disappointed about a place in my life. Me and 3 buddies drove here from 2 hours away to go to our first casino. Second we walked in there was a black man with weird face tatoos and a beanie and he walked up to us very weirdly and was just like "where's your id". My friend hands him his ID and he says to my friend "I don't like how you tried to snatch that back from me " when he didn't do such a thing just simply grabbed id. We then walked over to a Machine ignoring his attitude and he walked up to my same friend and said we all gotta go while laughing and he said it was because my friend had his hood on even tho a good 10 other people had there hoods on in there so he was clearly targeting us. As we were walking out we were trying to explain to him that we drove a long way to come to the casino and we just got there and he kept sayin to us "what y'all wanna do " "wanna get fucked up" as we were being nothing but kind from the start. He also told us that he would rob us for absolutely no reason while walking out claiming that we were in his hood and needed to leave while reaching down by his waist looking like he was about to brandish a weapon. wonderful place, good range of games from cards to slots. And the food is pretty good for a bar. They are always updating and remodeling. If I had to say one con is not being very beginner friendly, but that's most casinos. Who knows? Maybe they'll add a beginners table with low stakes and a nice dealer to. read more

I don't write reviews because I have better things to do with my time BUT my hope is this review will deter people from this mob like mentality shit hole. I accidentally left a $100 chip at the roulette table, 10 minutes later my wife goes up and asks the croupier about this $100 chip. Upon mentioning the $100 chip the croupier, and the other players make mention that there was a chip, and they didn't know where it came from. They tell my wife they're going to review the video about one hour later after I continue to spend money they tell me the chip is not mine. I know it is so I asked to review the video myself. also ask to introduce me to the player who they claim the chip belongs to and got denied with both requests. Without hesitation, they ask me to leave, and I am then escorted out the building as they rob me for my $100 chip, the place is a dump! Stay away! Spend your money elsewhere! Really wanted to like the Greek food, especially since the other Greek Restaurant in Manchester had closed for retirement. I got the Lemon Chicken, rice & Greek potatoes. (Ordered online thru delivery) my Dad got Plaki (haddock) with rice and Greek potatoes... both didn't get our rices. My chicken was oddly dry and almost gritty feeling, don't know how to explain it. My Dad's haddock was just ok, nothing real special. We'll give it another try to just be fair. Hopefully it will be better the second time. read more

Awful place to play poker. They spread $1-3 and $2-5. Problem is they let their employees play. Conveniently, the only employee at our table sat down after looking at the biggest stacks in the room. And within 30 minutes. He was up $1000? Come on. Wayyy better people at the table. The likely hood of the hands he had playing out like that are slim to almost none. Just go to Encore games are at least fair there. read more

This place needs a current review. Went there about a month ago. They run tournaments daily and average 100-150 players for their Saturday tournaments. They also have four or five popular casino games.. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The food is AMAZING and very well priced. If you like poker and great food do your self a favor and give this place a chance. read more

Doesnt even deserve the one star. Worst bingo experience ever Friday 10/13/17, mic kept cutting out causing folks to hear 7 instead of 37 etc, video also kept cutting out so screen was frequently blank. Female caller wasn't able to project her voice & male caller sings the numbers. Smoke smell totally Invaded the non smoking room & loud outbursts from poker room were disturbing.
