When I arrived, there were three employees and only one customer there finishing up their pedicure. They seemed irritated with my arrival and the experience was poor. I did not enjoy my builder gel manicure- you can see the streaking and that the finish is uneven looking. The main disappointment was the service. It was not friendly and the entire time I was there, only one other person came in for a pedicure. Two phone calls came in while it was just me. The first, the man said "what kind of gel? I won't have time until 4:30." (It was 12:15, so I was thinking oh maybe they have a lot of other appointments coming in.) The second, around 12:30 he answered and I heard him say "take off gel? No, I wont have time." Again, I'm thinking maybe way more people are coming. But no, it was only that one other lady who came in during my time there. At 1:20, a woman came in and said, "all I need is this removed, can you help?" (It looked like regular nail polish, not sure.) The man, who had answered the previous calls- and at this point had been sitting there for an hour without a client and doing nothing- looked at her and said, "I don't have time today." Again, it just feels like you're an inconvenience to this business.

Tammy not only fixed my broken nail, but she was so friendly and outgoing she made me feel welcomed and even brought out an entire tub of colors to choose from after I specified what kind of color I was looking for. She even tested out the colors on my nails to help me make a decision, something no other nail salon has ever done and something she did herself without me even asking for. She shaped my nails to the perfect almond shape, something other nail salons also struggle with.
