The lady said thst she didn't have any but they were right behind her on the counter. I informed her of that and she said thst they didnt belong to her. Lol. I kindly said thank you and walked out. Its a wonder that the place is always empty. I went there once after the pandemic and there was 1 tub for pedicures and the place was dark and uninviting. I walked out. It looks very dingy and on top.of that horrible customer service. Yhe only reason I went there is because I was in a crunch and it's down the street from where I live. It smelled like chemicals in the air. I brought my mask with me just in case. The lady is not very friendly and does not take pride in the appearance of her salon.

I walked in for manicure/pedicure and was taken right away by Julie who was very kind. She paid great attention to the problem areas on my feet, which I never had another nail specialist focus on in such depth. Since moving here, I have visited many different nail salons and this was by far the greatest job performed! Not only were the grooming of the nails great, but the paint job was the sleekest, best job I've had! I will definitely be returning and recommending them to my friends. Thank you Julie and Chris!

I have been a client of Savvy Nails for a couple years and it has been one of the few nail salons…read morein the area who remain consistent with service. I am always able to make an appointment the week that I am in need of a refill and pedicure and I've never had to wait more than just a couple minutes when arriving for my appointment. They have an array of options from regular polish to gel, gel x, acrylic, and when showing an inspo photo, they have always delivered! My nails always grow out nicely and I am able to go 4 weeks between appointments, same goes with the gel pedicures! For the price it is worth the $5 more to get their gel pedicure option as it lasts and keeps its shine. Couple suggestions- first is for the pedicures. The massage could be a tad longer with more focus on certain points on the foot, especially when using the hot stones. I would like this portion to be slowed down. When paying for $60 plus dollar pedicures this is the part where the "spa" like treatment comes in! I'd like to see other lotions used for both a pedicure and manicure other than bath and body works, something more on the spa like side that is meant for professional use. Heavy perfumed lotions can be a lot on peoples skin and irritating. The chairs for a pedicure are comfortable but the massage on them is pretty non existent. It's just a thumping sensation on your back. They could use an upgrade! Lastly, each nail tech is truly talented and always delivers. I've always gone to whoever is first available, however, I'd like to personally shout out Jennifer for pedicures as she typically does mine as well as Leo for my recent manicure. All in all this is a solid nail salon and I am always pleased with the final result! Highlights: gel acrylic manicure for short length: $45 Gel pedicure: $45 Spa pedicure: $60 + Always ask if you'd like something to drink

I recently started frequenting this nail salon and was so excited because I've had great…read moreinteractions every time I've gone. I have been trying different nail techs so I can find one I love and can stick with and I tried a tech I've never had before. When she first started, she immediately grabbed the clippers and I told her I don't want my cuticles or my nails cut, just pushed back and filed. I was on the phone (which is my own fault), when she was responding and saying she wanted to even them out. I told her I just wanted them filed and I don't mind if they're not the same length. They're close enough. She still was saying they should be cut and was saying "what about these? Just a little to even out and then file?"And pointing to my different fingers, to which I just ultimately said "okay whatever you say I guess, I trust you". Which was entirely my mistake. I should have stood my ground but I didn't want to be difficult or make a scene. She cut all of my nails SIGNIFICANTLY shorter than I was expecting to "even them out". For reference, I have been working on growing my nails out for the past 8 weeks so I could have long nails for Thanksgiving and decided last minute to treat myself to a manicure because to try to avoid biting my nails due to stress. It only got worse. After she had already cut them, much lower than I was okay with, she then filed them into square after I told her to keep the natural shape and that I didn't want them to be shaped in square or round. I just wanted her to follow the natural line of my nails and even out the length. Even then, she made them square and when I asked her to round just the edges because they were way too square and sharp and she made every nail round. She filed so much and so low that my nails are now nubs almost as short as when I bite them. Despite trying not to, I immediately started crying because I could feel the physical discomfort of my nails being shorter than my fingertips for the first time in a long time and she continued on. I don't like to cause scenes, and there was nothing that could be done at that point so it would be pointless to complain so I sat there silently as she continued the manicure. I am so heartbroken, I've been upset ever since I left the nail salon today. Unfortunately nothing can be done and while she did a good job on the actual painting of the nails, she took away months of effort I have made to finally grow my nails out, after I told her what I wanted. While I realize I should have stood my ground, she should have respected what I was asking of her. I also will commend her for fixing one of my nails swiftly and with kindness. However, this experience upset me to the point where I am considering not returning to this salon. I have had my nails done and disliked them before (happens to everyone, nbd) but if someone has long nails and they're telling you not cut them, why are you continuing to push to cut them shorter and then filing so short that there's pain and discomfort? I hope this experience never happens to anyone else who is working as hard as I was to break that habit.
