This caused serious damage that will cost me $200+ to repair (that I will have done elsewhere). They will not not take responsibility. If your instrument means anything to you, don't let their repair guy anywhere near it! He is clearly incompetent and, on top of that, has no sense of concern or empathy when he destroys other people's property. They have been so incredibly rude and dishonest.
