I ordered a shrimp taco and three tacos de asada to go, because we had a game to catch. First love the truck, very clean and beautifully decorated. The food did take a lot longer than one would figure 4 tacos would take, but the tortillas were freshly made yellow corn hand made tortillas and were delicious, I could just eat them by themselfs. Service over all was good, Glad we stumbled on to this spot.

Chicken quesadilla was not good. Chicken was flavorless and dry. Cheese tasted old. How do you mess up quesadillas? It didn't come with salsa, sour cream or any kind of sauce. Vegetarian husband ordered Veggie bowl with beans and it had ground beef pieces in it. Giving 1/2 star for the spicy mayo. Smash burger with cheese wasn't smashed, it's just frozen burger patties. No flavor or texture of what a smash burger is. Giving 1/2 star for toasting the buns. I do not recommend this place to first timers.

I drove out from town based on the yelp reviews. Definitely worth it…read more I had two tacos. The Tinga taco, which was marinated shredded chicken, and the fish taco. They were both excellent! The chicken was tender and wonderfully marinated, with a very generous portion. I had asked if it was spicy, and she said "not really." It had just a little bit of a kick to it, just enough that I noticed. The fish taco, was also a decent person, the fish was tender, and was not greasy. There were tiny little slivers of jalapeño in the taco, , but they didn't affect the flavor. I normally don't care for jalapeño, but this was OK. The fish taco again had a tiny bit of a kick, but was also very delicious. Two very decent tacos were only nine dollars. A reasonable price for great food. I want to try more things on their menu. Thank you.

The quesadilla was very tasty and the tortilla wasn't soggy. I had chicken, jalapenos and cheese and veggies. The fries were good too. The menu at the Roadrunner seemed to be sort slanted towards the Mexican food side, but not like a full on Mexican restaurant though. Simple and good menu selections, I'll come back again to try more stuff.
