In support of family owned businesses, we gave this a try. We came at a bad day because nothing we…read moreread about on past reviews were present. Best food? 5 stars? Yummy? A bit exagerrated. Chicken quesadilla was not good. Chicken was flavorless and dry. Cheese tasted old. How do you mess up quesadillas? It didn't come with salsa, sour cream or any kind of sauce. Vegetarian husband ordered Veggie bowl with beans and it had ground beef pieces in it. Giving 1/2 star for the spicy mayo. Smash burger with cheese wasn't smashed, it's just frozen burger patties. No flavor or texture of what a smash burger is. Giving 1/2 star for toasting the buns. I do not recommend this place to first timers.

We have gotten their burgers, tacos, and burrito bowl. I would recommend the burgers over the Mexican options (Mexican meats were tasty but tacos/burrito bowl were a little dry)...the burgers are delicious! Fries also looked really good. The steak was a bit dry to my liking. The salas had a kick to it which complimented the flavors well! The tortillas came out of a bag, don't have Mexican coke just normal canned soda. Their horchata I would pass on, not enough cinnamon, just really sweet and watered down. INSTAGRAM WORTHY (3/5): Tacos in a box, standard looking street tacos coming out of a food truck. Take it to glass beach down the steeet though and it's a whole different vibe! SERVICE (4/5): They were really patient with us ordering and changing our orders! TAKEAWAYS: Cash only.

I also had theParmesan Black Garlic Fries and I love how fresh the Parmesan is and that Black Garlic Aioli is spectacular. The smash burger came with two crispy charred patties that paired really well with the mayo and veggies. The bulgogi bowl was a huge portion and came with pickled veggies and some salad for a nice balance. And the fries came with a bunch of shaved cheese on top and some minced garlic. The fries were fried perfectly, but I didn't like the fry on the Brussel sprouts. They tasted like they had been deep fried, and soaked up all the oil

The location is amazing, next to a now closed local institution that I definitely miss. The atmosphere at the harbor is always calm and there is outside seating though I chose to take it away.
