They send the truck back by. They don't always pickup the things I want to throw out. Turns out mattresses and wood from kitchen renovations are not normal trash and cost extra. There is another trash hauler in area that dumps their trash in a landfill that sits over a local aquifer. I am not much of a 'green' person. Even dogs know not to poop in their beds though. They charge bimonthly. So 54$ every other month. Other company started low, then slowly increased price. While accepting new customers at lower price.

Republics signed me up telling me I would be billed $90ish every 3 months. So it made sense $30ish dollars monthly.. $100 ish dollars every 3 months right? I paid a $50 deposit Dec/2024 to start service that would go toward my first bill. I received a bill of $106.77 with National fuel fees, environmental fees, and additional $48 dollar delivery fee per can(2). I called and told them no one informed me that I would be charged for the cans. I've never had this happen before. They refunded me for one can but I already paid my bill so my refund of $64.90 would credit toward my next bill. They said I was covered through February. I still planned on canceling because of the added unnecessary fees were a red flag for me. I waited until today 02/19/2025 to cancel. I checked my account to look for my refund credit to ask them to put it towards picking up the cans. I knew they would charge me that since they charged me for drop off and upon logging in I noticed it was removed from the account and I had an existing bill of $42 dollars. When I called them they tried saying I owed the $42 dollars. How can I owe if they gave me a credit of $64.90 dollars to put toward my next bill after paying their bill in full? They said it was the difference of my last bill... Again, I paid the whole thing and was refunded credit after the fact...i was curious about the $42 bill so I clicked pay bill and it said current total charges $155.95.. Republics services was trying to charge me around $350 in total having only been with them for almost 2 months... They will rob you blind and then add additional charges for you to rid them from your life once you catch on.
