My largest items were a couch, king-size bed and bed frame, TV, and a four-person dining table. Everything else fit into just 9 large moving boxes after they packed my belongings. I was also moving only one mile away. At their quoted rate of $185 per hour for three movers, I expected the job to be completed within their 3-hour minimum, or maybe 4 hours at most. To be fair, the movers packed everything carefully, and nothing was damaged. The office staff also communicated well whenever I called. The problem was the amount of time it took. The move ended up taking 7 hours, which I simply cannot understand. Five hours into the job, the crew was still packing, so I called the office to express my concerns. Their explanation was that my apartment had three flights of stairs. While I understand that stairs add time, I don't believe they justify turning what should have been a relatively small move into a seven-hour job. Even accounting for the stairs, I would have expected 4 hours, maybe 5 at the absolute most. Instead, I ended up paying around $1,600 for a move that covered just one mile. I walked away feeling like the job took much longer than it should have and that I was being billed for unnecessary time. If you're considering EcoMovers LV, be aware that this was my experience. While they did a good job packing my belongings and the office communicated professionally, the overall cost and time made me feel like I was being milked for every billable hour. I would not use them again, and I hope this review helps others know what to watch out for before booking.

It's that time of year again and I reached out for the same reason. I called to see if they would put 11 pieces to the side for us and the owner himself answered the phone even while on vacation! He said to just call the morning of, and make sure there were enough and I could pick them up the same day. I called to have them placed to the side and Kumar who answered the phone was so great! He said there were enough in stock. We weren't able to pick them up the same day as planned but we swung by the following day and they were still available. Thank the Lord! When I walked in Kumar greeted me politely and I told him I was the tardy customer who called for the cardboard pick up the day before. He was very kind and went to check and see if there 11 in stock which there were. He had someone take them to the driveway to be loaded into the back of our truck where my husband was waiting to load. We were in and out in less than 5 min! I spent a lot of time online price shopping and you will NOT find a better price. Off the bat, Alona was incredibly helpful and professional in the info gathering phase - asking all the right questions so that no surprises come up for us, or for SBM. She was able to give me a price range for our move, but assured us that a firm price will be supplied once a visual assessment was taken. At the end of the call, she scheduled a video call at an agreed upon date and time for us to walk through our apartment with their estimator. The visual assessment call came exactly as scheduled, and had it not been for some technical difficulties on my end, it went without a hitch. A day after, Alona supplied us our fixed price proposal for our move. The morning of our move, Tristan texted me to let me know that the movers were en route. They actually got to our apartment complex early, but didn't ring the doorbell until the agreed upon start time of 8:30. At 8:30, Jett, Jose and Thomas got to work right away. Even though we were on the 3rd floor of our building that was without an elevator, these gentlemen made quick work of our boxes, furniture and belongings. We did our best to box our things up nicely, but the Team took great care to wrap furniture with the moving blankets and plastic wrap they had brought with them to mitigate any potential damage. In less than 3 hours, our apartment was emptied and our belongings were stacked neatly into the 20' Uhaul they had rented for the move. The drive out to Texas for Jett and Jose could not have been more difficult. We knew this first hand because we drive a nearly identical route just a few hours behind. It rained, then the sun came out, then it stormed. At the Arizona and New Mexico border, the moving truck had to take a detour on to a state road because of a train derailment that caused the I-40E to be shut down. Heading into Texas from New Mexico, there were reports of tornadoes that had touched down. All this to say that the Team went above and beyond to trek through some craziness while ensuring the safety and security of our belongings as well as staying safe on the road themselves. When we finally arrived in Texas, Jett and Jose got to our new place before we did. When we got our keys and opened the doors, they got right to work offloading the truck and moving our things in. Again, they moved quickly and efficiently, despite the humidity. Before we knew it, the truck was emptied and boxes were placed where we asked them to put them. We honestly could not have asked for a smoother move. Jett was quick to communicate through text with updates. Everyone on the Team was extremely courteous - I even had to ask Thomas to not address me as "sir". If you're looking for the cheapest move, Seven Brothers Moving isn't that, but if you're a believer like I am, that you get what you pay for, Seven Brothers Moving cannot be beat. Highly recommended. Hire them, and tip generously because their performance warrants it 100%. A+

I lived in Vegas for 23 years, and I recently used Move4Less to do a 1,000-mile move to another…read morestate. I spent WEEKS conducting research, making calls, and getting estimates from 16 different moving companies. I then got in-person estimates from the six companies I felt the best about, ending a truly exhausting due-diligence process. And while that all may sound excessive to anyone who actually reads this, I was REALLY truly worried I was going to get screwed over in some way. After all, this was a BIG cross-country move with a TON of stuff. This is also an industry that's notorious for fast-talkers, predatory bait-and-switch tactics, and unscrupulous methods that really screw people over with last-second price swings. In the end, though, I ended up choosing Move4Less and it wasn't really a close race. While their bid wasn't necessarily the lowest, it was HANDS DOWN the lowest of the companies I trusted. And I 100% believe I made the best choice in the end. I'll tell you one thing I learned during this whole process -- there are TON of slimy sales people and slimy companies in the moving truck business. They'll do anything to get a signed contract. ANYTHING. Everyone I dealt with and worked with at Move4Less, though, honestly came off as polite, professional, genuine, straightforward, and trustworthy -- especially Maggie Kolsar in sales and Krystin the estimator. They were both really great and truly helped seal the deal with me. Juan Hernandez and the guys who did the actual move were also exceptional. Sure, a couple minor things got broken or roughed up along the way, but that's to be expected in a 1,000-mile move. I'm a reasonable and rational customer. I had some really heavy stuff, some extremely fragile items, and some big and awkward furniture that was a NIGHTMARE to get through certain doors. The movers handed it all with patience, perseverance, and professionalism, and I genuinely wished I had more than just a couple hundred bucks cash at the time to give them as a tip. They truly earned it. In the end, the moving price I paid from Move4Less was exactly what I was initially quoted -- and I doubt that would've been the case if I hadn't chosen this company. The actual moving guys were also fast, efficient, and experienced, and they showed up precisely on time for both pickup and drop off. I honestly didn't have a single complaint or issue with the entire move from start to finish. It was ten times smoother than I anticipated, and it was all because of the moving company choice I made. My only regret is taking so long to write this review.

I wanted to share my experience regarding a recent local move (a short 20-minute drive). While the…read morerest of the move went smoothly and the movers seemed very professional and quick (we tipped them accordingly before realizing the item was lost as we had multiple framed items that were transported), the crew unfortunately left a valuable piece of custom-framed artwork on the truck. This specific artwork was clearly noted on the original inventory list as one of two high-value pieces. To clarify, this was not an item damaged or broken during transit. It simply was never delivered and remains on their equipment or in their facility somewhere. I notified the company immediately about the missing piece, but there has been zero effort on their part to hold their team accountable, audit the trucks, search the warehouse, or attempt to locate and return it. I was simply given the link to fill out the claim, which I finally had time to do recently amid the general chaos of moving. The artwork was a custom-framed piece from Hobby Lobby featuring a specialized wood frame and custom matting, which cost nearly $200 to put together. It went with a similar style work of art with the same framing/glass/matte-ing, that now, tbh, just looks weird without the mate. I'm not sure how the four wrapped up framed/glass pieces would have been separated from one another since they were all leaned up against the wall together at my old apartment. While the contract technically limits their liability to a few dollars based strictly on the weight of the item, a complete failure to deliver my property--combined with a total lack of oversight and effort to look for it--is completely unacceptable. I am writing this in good conscience to warn future customers about their lack of basic verification processes, and to encourage management to step up, look for my property, or offer a fair gesture to resolve a loss that was entirely preventable.

Warren's Moving handled my move from an approximately 1,800 sq. ft. apartment in Summerlin to my home in Las Vegas. The homes were only about a 7-minute drive apart. I had already packed the majority of my belongings, so the movers mainly handled the furniture, including disassembling and reassembling items such as beds. They did take care of all the loading and unloading. The move started around 7:15 a.m. and finished at approximately 3:30 p.m., and the total cost was just over $1,000. During the move, there was also a period when I was waiting for the truck to arrive at the new house. When I called, I was told the crew had stopped for lunch. While everyone deserves a lunch break, it was something I wasn't expecting during a move billed by the hour. The biggest issue was that one of my Restoration Hardware metal consoles was damaged. The metal mesh was bent during the move. I reported the damage within a couple of hours after the crew left. Unfortunately, I was told that because I had signed the paperwork at the end of the move, they would not provide compensation. My advice to anyone using this company is to take your time before signing the final paperwork. No matter how eager everyone is to finish the move, inspect every room and every piece of furniture carefully before signing. If you discover damage after you've signed, you may have difficulty resolving the issue. Based on my personal experience, I would not use Warren's Moving again. While the crew completed the physical move, I was disappointed by how my damage claim was handled, and that experience is the reason I cannot recommend the company.
