Very Disappointing Experience - Poor Service and Concerning Treatment…read more The most disappointing part of our visit was how my 7-year-old son was treated. I asked whether he could wash his hands, and we were told that the facility was out of order. However, I then saw another child being allowed to wash their hands. This inconsistency was upsetting and made me feel that my son was being treated differently. I cannot say for certain why this happened, but it left me feeling concerned about possible discrimination and racist treatment. Every child should be treated equally and respectfully. The second issue was the service. We ordered roast turkey, but two other tables arrived and placed their orders after us and were served before us. When I raised the issue, we were told that our order had been mixed up with another table's order. Honestly, this explanation did not make sense to us, as the other table's order was different in both the number of items and the type of food. Overall, this experience was very disappointing. The inconsistent treatment of my child was particularly upsetting, and the delay in serving our food, followed by an unconvincing explanation, made the visit even worse. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and ensures that all customers, especially children, are treated fairly and that orders are handled properly.
