I'm not sure what kind of mobile business that arrives at a private residence and dictates a…read more"standard of conduct" to a homeowner, but I am guessing that those standards are printed somewhere and promulgated clearly to clients prior to accepting any business. There was no "incident" to speak of. The groomer, a younger person, misconstrued my gentlemanly kindness for romantic interest and the company sided with their own vice contacting me about it. The whole non-encounter was captured on video. Anyway, I hope they don't do that to anyone else.

He was there from 11 A.m. until 4:30 PM. I sent my son to pick him up. He paid her $40 and she had done nothing. She swore up and down that she had given him a bath, but he smelled of the same doggie older he had when I first brought him there, and his nails weren't even trimmed. She said the smell was Doggy cologne. The person who service to me name was Joanne. This place is terrible. Doris S.

My dogs had the same mobile groomer for years, and after relocating, I realized that building a…read morerelationship with my new groomer would obviously take time... I had a great experience with Hunter. My dogs seemed comfortable with him, and he was extremely gentle and understanding of their apprehensiveness. Clearly from the pics you can see they turned out super cute! However, the pricing was the main reason for my decision to lower my rating. It was quite expensive--almost $300, including the tip--whereas I'm usually accustomed to paying around $180, which was a huge adjustment for me. I guess in California everyone grooms so the demand is great and supply is plentiful making for low competitive pricing. Here in Tennessee, Memphis specifically, mobile groomers seemed hard to come by. Additionally, I didn't realize that the hair between their toes was missed. It may not seem like a big deal at first, but after two weeks, it became an issue as they started sliding around on the hardwood floors because their paw pads were furry. That was on me for not communicating or checking and raising my concerns. Overall, they provided great service and were very convenient, especially compared to the alternative of having my dog caged for hours at a Petsmart. I'm definitely going to continue using them! I loved how my pups turned out!

I highly recommend this daycare -- the entire staff was friendly, accommodating, and made me feel confident that they genuinely care about both the dogs and their owners.
