So our tree was only 6feet and it cost us $85. And they even said "oh we charged you less than we were supposed to because it was supposed to be for a 7 footer". I was like "ummm, no, I saw you measure it and it was under 6 feet". They obviously assume people are dumb and won't notice. They also have these hick people in a trailer yelling at all the people that work there to charge more while they sit outside of their trailer smoking cigarettes. Really classy. Must be the only time of year they make any money. Some kid named Scott helped us and he was nice and wrapped the tree to our car but of course we get home and he drilled the hole not in the center of the base so our tree won't stand straight up. My husband has been trying to fix it for an hour and we are pretty screwed. Really glad I paid $85 plus a tip for this kid to complete screw up our tree. We have absolutely no clue how to even fix it. We tried to drill it ourself to make it better and nothing works. We are about ready to go back and demand they fix it or ask for our money back. Will never go again. Terrible place!

We scheduled Spider-Man to visit my son's third birthday party. Trevor called me in the morning of the birthday party, which was encouraging! He was very friendly on the phone and asked if I had any other questions. He had some issues with his costume when he arrived, but sadly it looked like the zipper was broken. It didn't completely impact the experience though. He started off great with a lot of energy and the kids really loved the different movements and freeze dance. Then, he needed to set up obstacle course, which was a bit strange since it took some time for him to set up. Totally understandable, but I would have suggested that he play Spider-Man music or something of that sort in the meantime. Instead he told the kids to play on the playground. The obstacle course itself wasn't as big of a hit. At that point, the energy kind of died down. It seemed like he was getting tired. 45 minutes after he arrived he said,"Cake time!" I mentioned that the cake was not ready at that point. He encouraged everyone to play at the playground instead. I definitely paid for the full hour, but did not feel like I got that. He did pose for a couple of pictures after I cut the cake, but I did feel like I got ripped off a bit. From the very beginning, the owner Jennifer was incredibly responsive to all of my texts and questions. She was so kind and helpful, and she made the whole planning process feel easy and stress free. That alone was such a relief when organizing a big party. The animal handlers Crystal, Alicia, and Jessica were absolutely wonderful. They were super friendly, patient with the kids, and incredibly knowledgeable about all the animals. You could tell they genuinely love what they do. They did not just handle the animals, they truly engaged the kids and made everything educational and fun. On top of that, they even helped us set up the party and our food, which was above and beyond what we expected. The party is hosted on the side of the ranch that sits between the animal pens and a playground, along with a picnic area and bleachers for the educational animal presentation. The setting is so unique and fun. It truly feels like you are right in the middle of the ranch experience. The birthday package includes up to 40 guests, and that number includes the birthday family. Guests 2 years old and younger do not count toward the guest capacity, which is such a helpful detail for families with little ones. You also have the option to add more guests (which we had to do) for an additional fee per guest but you are capped at 60 guests for birthday parties. If your party is over 60 guests, it will need to be hosted on the wedding venue side of the ranch and will cost more due to additional fees and a required deposit. Just keep in mind that the wedding venue side obviously does not have the same play structure area, and the playground added so much fun to the birthday party. I truly feel it would not be as exciting for the kids without that space to run and play between activities. The party also included drinks and plenty of pizza for our guests. They estimate one slice per child and two slices per adult, and it was the perfect amount. The pizza is catered from Vincenzo's Pizza of Noho, and it was delicious. If you need more food, you can also order additional items directly from their menu, which is really convenient. As part of the party, we received a full tour of the ranch where the kids were able to pet tortoises, lizards and a variety of farm animals. The animal presentation was such a highlight. They brought out exotic insects, a chinchilla, guinea pigs, different birds, and several kinds of lizards and snakes including a boa. The kids were completely amazed and so excited. At the end, we even got to take pictures with Herbie the hybrid camel, which was such a fun and memorable moment. Overall, the party was an absolute blast. The kids had a wild time, and parents kept asking how we found this place and saying it was the best birthday party they have ever been to.
