My daughter is autistic and non-violent -- she just wants to play and be included. On multiple visits, whenever one particular staff member is working, her kids and their cousins are there, and the interactions with my child have been unkind and exclusionary. During one visit they were taunting her, and on another I had to step in and ask them to stop following her around and telling her she couldn't play with things. Another parent (the father of one of the kids) was standing there and even told them they needed to stop following her if they weren't going to be nice, so the issue was acknowledged in the moment. The situation escalated when my daughter lost her footing in the bounce house and accidentally landed near one of the kids. The child then told her mom that my daughter pinched her, which is not what happened -- I was standing right there the entire time. As a parent, it's really hard to watch your child be singled out or misunderstood, especially in a place that's supposed to feel safe and fun. What was also frustrating was that when I asked the staff member for the owner's email so I could address my concerns directly, she refused to provide it and said she wasn't allowed to share it. I found that disappointing, as I was simply trying to communicate respectfully with management about a serious concern. I'm sharing this because I hope management takes it seriously. This felt avoidable, and I wish the environment had been better monitored so all kids could play comfortably. I ultimately requested a refund for my remaining play days because I no longer feel comfortable bringing my child back.

A bounce house, a birthday cake, snacks for the kids, a table for all the gifts and of course those wild and crazy kids running around having fun. But this party had some had special guests. Some scaly, some a bit pokey, a few that were soft to the touch and others that had 8 eyes and 8 legs! So as everyone arrived to the party and got acclimated, the host of the party got everyone's attention and had us all set up on the grass for the "special surprise." Kelvin from Critter Squad enters that chat. Yeah, Kelvin was super cool and was very knowledgeable about all of the critters and reptiles he brought out to show. I missed a call the next day from them to confirm the details and place a card on file. I tried calling back several times each day for a few days, left a voicemail, sent an email, but was not able to reach them until a week later. Before confirming, I was reading through other people's reviews and started feeling a bit concerned that maybe they wouldn't show up to the party, especially since I had already paid the deposit. After confirming all the details finally, I was hopeful. The day of the party came and everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and my kids loved all the animals. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the farm.. it's spotless, well organized, and thoughtfully set up for visitors of all ages. The animals were calm, friendly, and clearly very well taken care of, which made a huge difference, especially visiting with a toddler. The hands-on interaction was such a highlight and felt really genuine, not rushed or overcrowded like other places. One of the best parts was how peaceful it felt. It's rare to find somewhere that lets you slow down and actually enjoy the moment like this. The owner of the Farm was incredibly kind and attentive, and you can feel how much they truly care about the animals and the experience they're providing. Our toddler loved the animals and the experience of feeding & petting them. If you want something simple, meaningful, and genuinely enjoyable, this is 100% worth the visit.
