I tried exploring at home gentle yoga videos but was fearful of pushing myself past my limitations which could result in an ER visit. I did my yoga session at Spirit Space Yoga as I felt I would have trouble relaxing in my own home. Hannah had all the supplies ready for me and the room was clean, quiet, and zen. I immediately felt at home at Spirit Space Yoga and was very comfortable opening up to Hannah. Hannah is wonderful and has a calm, nurturing, knowledgeable presence. She calmly and patiently listened to my limitations, goals, hopes, dreams, and fears. She led me through a wonderful private session that made me feel alive and hopeful again. Hannah was able to design a session that worked on my goals of strength, flexibility, and relaxation in a full body workout without over-exerting my arm where I have a PICC line placed. I felt respected and safe throughout my whole session.
