When we asked if we could please have a refund because it was taking so long, one of the staff members turned around and said 'can't you see we're pretty busy here?' And he stood there just looking at me silently until i pulled off. There was no trying to figure out what happened, he was not talking any longer. Mind you i do not understand where the mess up is at this point. When I called to report the situation, I do not believe I was speaking to a true manager. He said it was Regil, or Reginal. He didnt once apologized, he just kept saying okay, and yeah, then he finally asked me what I would like done and like i wanted a refund or free food. I said none if that matters and isnt the point.
