I bought diesel fuel at Casey's in Licking Mo. I put it in a gas can to bring home for my tractor…read more This was back in September of 2025. The moment I poured the fuel in my tractor it made a horrible knocking sound, let out a big puff of smoke, and died! This was a pretty new tractor, that was less than two years old. I put the tractor in a diesel shop and was told it was full of water, that all but destroyed my tractor! I reported it to Casey's risk department immediately. gave them the mechanics finding of water in the fuel, & bill, plus proved we had bought the fuel from Casey's. Date time, and card number. They supposedly did an investigation, saying since they didn't have a lot of complaints, in that time frame.... they weren't going to pay for the damage to my tractor! Even though Casey's have online, if you should have any trouble with their fuel, they will make it right! I am now dealing with a $4,300.00 in tractor damages. Casey's is refusing to pay! I have found out since, lots of people have trouble with water in Casey's fuel. Beware of using their diesel fuel. Don't want anyone else to have to deal with, such cost and damage, from using Casey's fuel. Its just not right for me to be left holding the bag, Casey's wants off Scott free! Scratch that. Breakfast is usually okay. As long as the older gentleman is working. Pizza was good for a while now I've seen undercooked dough and nothing in the warmer. Pictures to come.
