Anissa, the manager, expects the best from her people and takes the time to clearly train each team member to meet those high expectations. I am a regular though not terribly frequent customer but when I walk in I am greeted like a friend who's come to visit. It puts a smile on my face that they would remember me. I want to mention the cleanliness. There is a lot that can go wrong in a sub shop like this one where you're cutting cold cuts, and building sandwiches from scratch every time. At this particular location, they clean and reset each station between customers and there is no cross-contamination what-so-ever. They floors and tables are routinely cleaned as well as the bathrooms and walls. Everything is full stocked at all times.
