After reading the reviews, I ordred online for pick up later in the day. To find the somewhat hidden gem, as you go up Lake Mead from Buffalo, turn into the driveway immediately after Cafe Rio. This brings you to their parking lot. The entrance is in a walkway between the buildings on the opposite side of the entrance. There is a large sign at the entrance. It's a small place where you can eat in. When they first styarted it was all take out but now you can enjoy your bento box there in their small dining area. The pleasant woman got my bento, put it in a shopping bag along with chopsticks, a wrapped moist towelette, a regular napkin, and a plastic fork. Everything you need. I drove home and opened my dinner. Because this is a distance from where I live, the pork belly slices were only lukewarm warm but it didn't detract from their good flavor. The meat ss put on a bed of rice. On the side of the box are some goodies you get with a bento box. There was a small amount of macaroni salad, some greens, and kimchi. Make sure to pick up a pastry for dessert. The dorayaki was a perfect ending to this meal. The box was a perfect size and everything was very tasty. I wish there was a bit more macaroni salad and kimchi. It was such a pleasure to have a bento much like those I used to get in Little Tokyo when I was in LA. Now that I know whwerme the place is, I will go back. Depending on my whim for the day will determine whether I bring it home or eat it there. I am so glad I found this spot.

Customer service was on point, super friendly, and the food came out fast enough for me to actually enjoy my break instead of inhaling it. The taco was flavorful with that perfect crunch, and the shabu shabu bowl was tender, loaded, and legit restaurant-quality. I tried it and really liked it because good Hong Kong style wonton noodles are hard to come by. Then I was reading the labels and found that it was actually made in Las Vegas! I finally made a trip to the Louie's Noodle Shop. It is easy to find and has its own parking lot. It is like a warehouse with a small office for taking orders upfront. The office is bright and clean. There are pictures on the wall to display the available products. They sell wide and thin wonton noodles, spinach noodles, ramen, rice noodles, steamed chow mein noodles, yellow oil noodles, E-mein, wonton wrappers, siu mai wrappers, potsticker wrappers, Shanghainess wonton wrappers, and fresh rice noodle rolls. My personal favorite is their wonton noodles, both thin and wide. The lady helping me was Cantonese speaking and was very nice and courteous. I was delighted to find that they sell fresh rice noodle rolls because the ones sold in the supermarkets are not always fresh. The ones here are made fresh daily. They are plain and do not have dried shrimps and scallions, and are a little thicker than I would prefer. But the texture is still nice and smooth. These rice noodle rolls are sold individually at $1 a piece. Prices are very reasonable. A pound of wonton noodles is $4.50. It is marked up to $5.59 if purchased at FuYue Market if you prefer not to make a trip out to Louie's. This place is cash only.

Just as an update: I came back and got the oxtail, the limu poke, and the taro turnover. I missed…read morethe malasadas by a few minutes. The oxtail soup was really good: the broth seemed like it has a good amount of shoyu in it (it was dark), and had really nice beef flavor. There were also some shiitake mushrooms, which added to the umami, and fresh cilantro which, paired with the grated ginger, really complemented the savory elements. The oxtails were super tender and plentiful. The meat was well seasoned and fell off the bone. I've eaten a lot of oxtail soup, and this was really good. The limu poke was also solid. The limu was a nice touch: it's not as frequent to see it on the mainland, and I like the smoky flavor it imparts on the poke. The taro turnover was a revelation. It was so good it didn't make it to photos. The pastry crust was flakey, the taro was warm and sweet, and the Carmel drizzle was really nice. It does take 20 minutes to get the turnover, but I think it's worth it.

Anywhoddles I ordered from Eki Ramen, and when I tell y'all this ramen was RAMENING! Aka delicious. Aka... fire I ordered the Black Garlic Ramen, and as you can see from the menu, it was only $12.95. I added an extra egg, extra pork belly, and extra black garlic oil because... why not? Anywhoddles with the extra "trimmings" it came to $18 dollars. Let's get back to the review Now lean in so I can tell y'all about this broth. It tasted authentic to me. It was rich, velvety, silky smooth, creamy without being heavy, and bursting with savory goodness. Every sip had me closing my eyes The noodles had the perfect bite--not too soft and not too firm. The pork belly was tender, flavorful, and had just the right amount of char around the edges. And those eggs? Whew! Perfectly jammy with that beautiful golden yolk. So... if you're a ramen lover--or if you've been thinking about trying ramen for the first time--I highly recommend giving Eki Ramen a try. And while you're there, take your time and explore Cheongdam Food Hall because there are plenty of other restaurants waiting to be discovered. Until next time... y'all already know what time it is! I'll be doing a boomerang back to this spot because there are way too many restaurants in this food hall for me to stop at just one!
