Ryan Perry is a genius. I've worked with a handful of business coaches over the years. What I've…read moreexperienced from them is a standard protocol, kind of a cookie cutter set of steps, "this, then that, then that" process that doesn't really examine and address the unique challenges in my business and personal situation. Ryan seems to simply draw from experience and expertise. He approached my situation with unbiased flexibility, examined my perspective, skill set, and mental hurdles and gently dropped wisdom and suggested corrections in the size and scope appropriate to my time and energy in the moment. I've completely changed how I think about decisions, reassessed my goals and did some valuable work on myself that has made me a stronger business person. I'm extremely grateful for his guidance.

Social Media Ninjas transformed our business from one with virtually "NO" online presence to "FIRST…read morePAGE LISTINGS" within a few short months. As first time small business owners with much invested in creating a top tier business and a great website, our investment in advertising to optimize our website had proven ineffective with a negative return on investment. To get our business successfully launched, we quickly realized it would take a pro to effectively optimize our website. From my initial conversation with Sean Daily, I knew we had found what we were looking for. Although it took a bigger financial investment to work with SMN, the ROI within three months was tremendous. Our phone and website contacts ramped up quickly and gave us the online presence to get out of the gate quickly and become profitable in our first year! 7 years later, we could not have asked for better SEO for our business. Working with Social Media Ninjas provided us entire freedom to focus on running our business. We came to respect that SEO is a real expertise and it is essential to do it well. SMN has been consistently A+ and worth every penny of our investment for their service. We know that hosting our website on our own was not an option. It would have taken a level of expertise that was beyond our interest and capacity, as well as robbed us of time we completely needed for business operations, family and rest. Sean and his team are the real deal, offering top tier SEO and exceptional business interaction. Could not recommend more!

Sean sold me the (not inexpensive) services of his California web team to start on Jan 1. I bought…read more6 months upfront. They didn't follow up until Jan 18 and at that time revealed that they intended to outsource the work overseas which I was surprised and not comfortable with. (anyway that is much cheaper, why would I pay $1,000/mo for Asian SEO services!) When I asked for a refund Sean refused claimed that he had already spent all the money, and claimed that the words "12 month program" on the invoice he sent me in fact obliged me to not only accept the inferior services but continue to do so for 12 months. This has been an enormous financial blow for my small business, and I was utterly taken aback by the extremely poor handling of the issue by Sean. Letting people into your sensitive website code requires a lot of trust, and I DEFINITELY would not trust this team after this experience.
