This last tax season they fired my tax preparer who is a family member and locked her out of the office. Now I get a notice that they can't help us this year after a decade of paying them to prepare our taxes. My parents also received the same notification in the mail instead of our annual tax preparation packet because they are too busy to help loyal clients that they screwed over the year before. Not even a phone call, just a letter, sorry, we are too busy to help loyal clients. If they were planning on dropping clients they should have said something after they screwed up last year. It really makes me worry what shady stuff happened and if my prior years were legit or messed up. Definitely a poor handling all the way around. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this one earned less than one star. To not be notified until December that instead of getting a tax prep packet to get a "You have been dropped and need to find a new place is a slap in the face.
