It varies with the management paradigm, which, in Tomah, is a little less than I'd like to see. I like convenience, but it's not generally run in a convenient fashion. Generally they have what you need and can get it if they don't. There is also the convenience of them being able to fax your Rx to any of their thousands of stores around the world. It's all about trade-offs with this outfit. To get the perks of the big place, you have to accept the downside of the big place. Both are there.
