The office is beautiful, very bright with lots of natural lighting. There are products displayed in cases wrapping the reception area with lots of smiles to greet you all around. My consult was with Emily. She was very knowledgeable of different skin types and the different needs of your specific skin tone. I had done a lot of reach on my own prior to scheduling the consult and knew which questions to ask and signs to look for for a good skin doctor. Emily superseded every expectations and went above and beyond to address my skincare concerns. What surprised me was that I had the intention of going in to get some fillers under the eye. After some discussion and assessment, Emily told me flat out that I was not a good candidate for fillers, because "you don't need it". This really amazed me because I've never heard of any business rejecting a willing customer who's basically screaming, "take all my money!". Providing further education, Emily told me that I should address my concerns first by taking preventative measurements in forms of a good skincare routine and maybe opt for fillers down the road. This goes to show that Roberson's really want you to care for your skin in the form of self care instead of finding answers with unnecessary, elective cosmetic augmentations. I fully trust Emily and Robertson's to have the best intentions for me and my skin, and would recommend them to anyone who's thinking about exploring or questioning if they need to address any skincare concerns.

I can do the makeup basics but I'll never be one of those people with a flawless face who always looks put together. Despite this, everyone in Sephora is always friendly and willing to answer questions. The store is always well staffed and if you need help finding the right color or product there's always someone around to help. I recently went in looking for a new face wash because the one I've been using and loving isn't cruelty free. They sent me home with 6 samples to try so I could find the right replacement. The Sephora Play box is a great way to try new products and get a little more adventurous if you're like me and always stick to one or two items/looks. I also love their return policy: you can return anything at any time for any reason. I'd love to see Sephora make their own products cruelty free and carry more cruelty free brands in store. As such a large name in the beauty business they have the platform to make a real difference.

Seeing Katrina, the hair stylist, is a piece of self-care that I won't sacrifice! There are a multitude of reasons I will follow Katrina wherever she goes. My hair always comes out gorgeous, making me feel really great and getting compliments. Katrina listens to what I want and gives suggestions based on my hair type. I can bring in photos and leave really satisfied, but sometimes I also go in with no idea what I want to do that day and she totally helps me figure it out. I've been seeing Katrina for 2 years (!) and I've done haircuts, undercuts, traditional hair color/balayage, and fantasy hair color (pinks, purples, teal). I'm currently playing around with the idea of extensions... Who knows. It's fun to feel comfortable enough with the person styling your hair to be able to try new things. The Salon Z location is great. It's right on Monona Drive, and has a parking lot for convenience. Once you're settled in, you can enjoy complimentary tea or coffee and snacks if you're in for the long haul with some hair color. :) Katrina's great whether you love to chat it up or need a more relaxed quiet vibe on any particular day. I have referred many of my friends to her and I don't know anyone who's not been completely happy!

I'm from out of town and I recently looked Ofir up at the mall, but Deep Sea Cosmetics is no where to be found! I needed to return Black Diamond mud mask spent $100, because after 1 use don't care for it. What does one do when a place folds up, calls Deep Sea Cosmetics headquarters. Aerial, customer service rep at Deep Sea Cosmetics rudely and strongly told me they weren't responsible for any vendors selling their product. In addition, hung up on me when I asked for her manager. She does not represent Deep Sea Cosmetics well and should be terminated immediately for treating a customer very poorly. Looking at my experience with Deep Sea Cosmetics, I won't be running out to buy DSC. They obviously don't care about their customers!

Tammy had misleading pictures on her website and assured us the procedure would give us the results we desired but after $800 and a painful procedure, the results were not worth the time or money. IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE ANY WORK WAS DONE AT ALL!! I called to have Tammy remediate the issue/results and at first she said she would try adding the hairlike strokes (we originally paid for but got DOTS instead) and then changed her mind and said she couldn't do anything at all to fix the problem. People don't just spend $800 for no results and an excuse that we were explained there were follow up appointments, WE DEFINITELY WERE not explained this. I would not have signed up for this if it's already expensive and needed additional investment. I will be speaking to an attorney because this is against consumer protection issue. Do not get tricked by this woman/"business".
