Not only that, but she continued to help me throughout the holiday season when we both were having difficulty in sending the gift certificate. Although, I haven't gone there myself, I can sure say that the staff here is nothing but kind and loving to their customers. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have "dentist phobia" and let them know that upfront. The staff understood and was very calming and gentle! The exam was thorough and as painless as possible. They have state-of-the-art equipment - which is why they are 4-star instead of 5! When making the appointment I confirmed they were covered by our insurance (they are premium providers) and the exam/cleaning/xrays would be covered. It was confirmed at 100% coverage. The state-of-the-art panoramic x-ray was not covered at 100% - leaving me with a payment due. It is not a huge bill, all things considered, however, I feel this should be told to patients upfront with the option to decline it or told the estimated amount that would be due. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Bertotto and her office. And...yes, I made my appointment for my 6-month cleaning.

I need to update my post. I was super happy when leaving the shop about my extensions. However it's…read moreonly been a month since I got them moved up and they are already falling out. I take care of my extensions. Every night I put them in braids so they don't get tangled up. I also brush my hair before getting in the shower to also keep from getting tangles. I don't understand how they are already falling out after one month! I'm super disappointed! I just met someone in town who used to own her own shop in Florida. I had he look at what happened and she confirmed it was the way Becky put in my extensions. She didn't use the right tape abs didn't clean the old Tape off the extensions. I've paid a total of over $800 for these extensions which should last a year. And because of Becky not doing her research on the type I had they are all falling out after only 1 month after she touched them. I'm happy I now have a friend out here that knows what she's doing and will fix it for me. But I do feel that Becky owes me some money back for this.

The appointment was called a consult, not a proclamation...he "refused to being a party" with my decision, calling it a "tragedy" to do so and i would , of course, "regret it the rest of my life". What smug hubris. I wasnt heard at all. What is a tragedy is paying $100 dollars to repair a tooth on my upper denture for it to break, again, 2 DAYS later. I am that glad he is not an MD, he would be perfectly fine with telling me what to do with my uterus. Midwest Dental at any office has lost my business.
