This location is similar to the previous locations I've visited in the past. There is limited staff, friendly albeit overworked. If you know what you want and where it is, the location is efficient. If you need assistance due to the lack of staff, doing business here is frustrating. read more

I am so surprised by the low ratings of this sweet Walgreens, that is open 24 hours! I've had to frequent this store over the past month and I've had nothing but positive, genuine customer service come my way-in all departments! The photo department, passport photo service was effortless and efficient, I believe it may have been a manager who was carrying big valentine bouquets in the store, greeting folks as they enter with a big smile! In the pharmacy team? Absolutely amazing, given the amount of customers both at the counter, drive-through and on the phone! I just got off the phone with a Ms. Ebony, who brightened my day. It was so accommodating with assistance to delivery questions! Please don't be put off by others low ratings, and support your local Walgreens and complement their team when given opportunity! read more

Pharmacy gave our daughter another persons Prescription. After not noticing their mistake & taking some of the medicine, she notified Walgreens Pharmacy of their mistake. Walgreens told here that it would take 30+ minutes to give her the correct prescription. She had a sick infant with her and couldn't wait. Walgreens suggested that she could pay for them to deliver it to her home tomorrow. This is ridiculous... Tomorrow I will contact Walgreens Headquarters & the Medical Board. read more

when i first set up my account a few days ago, at the wisconsin rapids walgreens, the customer service was remarkable. i called very early and talked to pharmacist named christian. he was courteous, accomodating and went out of his way to be very helpful. 5 stars to him. as for the day shift i talked to, not so much. i had a computer question about my account so i called back during normal business hours. i started talking to an employee that answere the phone. she couldnt address my concerns so she transferred me to her manager, named erica. this person kept changing the subject therefore frustrating me. she (erica) then gave the phone to a person named cassandra. when i tried to explain exactly what i wanted, she says i will not be talked down to and promptly hung up on me. needless to say i will be taking my business elsewhere. read more
