When I arrived, the coordinator had the wrong idea about why I was there. He said, "We talked about this package, right?" I said no, it was a different one. He repeated that he thought I had selected the other package, even after I pulled out my phone and showed him the message confirming what we had actually discussed. Still, no real acknowledgment of the mix-up. Then he told me, "He won't be here until 9," referring to the person I was supposed to meet with. I reminded him we had agreed on 8:30. He asked if I wanted to wait or come back tomorrow. I simply said, "No, I'm going to leave." I had taken time off work for what was supposed to be a quick 20-minute appointment. I don't have the flexibility to just wait around or reschedule on short notice. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of accountability--no sincere apology, no ownership of the mistake, and no effort to make it right. Owning up to an error goes a long way in customer service, and that was completely missing here. I left feeling like my time and business didn't matter to them. Leaving 1 star because the lack of preparation and accountability turned what should've been a simple, exciting meeting into a frustrating waste of time.

Pixel Production won't answer our calls or emails. We have contacted 3 web designers to help us fix the issues with our new site, and all of them couldn't believe how bad it is. Our sales have dropped dramatically after switching over to our new site designed by Pixel Productions Inc. The only positive is we are getting to speak with more of our customers when they call to order because they couldn't do it online.
