My neighbor has used GraceWorks (person was…read moreEvanne) for a while and was pleased, so I scheduled a deep cleaning (4 hrs) with the same person. She arrived 10 mins early (points for her!!) to hear any specifics I needed to tell her and "get the lay of the land." Because of my back and knee issues, I can't do the hard core cleaning of the full shower and shower doors, kitchen and bath floors, and the oven as well as they could be, but she spent the time to do a fine job on my highlighted areas and managed to go over the rest of the house also. Evanne was very focused and experienced, immediately got to work and not a chatty time waster either and that was all much appreciated. Having such a good, committed cleaning job done on my "hard to clean" areas made the price for a deep clean worth it. Grateful

I speak this of 1st hand experience knowing many close friends who have used them and even given them 2nd and 3rd chances with the outcome the same (poor quality, major mistakes, etc.) I would suggest looking elsewhere even towards Medford since there are not many other choices local for good quality, great service and good turnaround printing within the Grants Pass area. We were just fine the whole time *thumbs UP* With the recent pandemic, working from home + distance learning *just breathe* our internet service is taking a hit, but they reliably address issues and have technicians physically come out to do work (and trace from the line to your house), make adjustments/fixes along the way and ALWAYS check-in with you before completing a ticket. Outstanding customer service. Consist in their level of response. Strange Times, but Ashland Home dot Net is keeping up with the demand and continues to impress. Customer Service 5-stars. Service itself is a SOLID 3. After 4pm we always seem have slower internet speeds.... They do a good job *considering the high demand* Support local businesses and you'll be rewarded with EXCELLENT customer service and people who consistently try to do better. I've tried all 3: consistently better results than Charter and/or Spectrum Internet (in my limited experience over 6 years). NOTE: They don't issue surprise rate increases every year. 1 set price *very consistent* Technician who showed up wore a mask once he got onto the property, kept a safe/respectful distance at all times.
