She ended up meeting us early morning in Lithia Park and we did about 45 minutes of photos. Listen when I tell you this woman worked her magic! We had 7 of us to include two toddlers and she was able to keep them happy and energized the entire time. I felt completely comfortable acting silly with my kids, and loving up on my husband while she took pictures. Not only did she produce amazing pictures, she did so at a price I found to be really fair. If you are looking for someone who is down to earth, captures amazing moments, and will give you a wonderful price, I would choose Christal!!! Cheers!

Christal was also very easy to coordinate things with before the wedding, and on the day of was quick to get to work and get some wonderful and amazing shots! She and her son Isaiah were a flury of activity for the entire time we had thrm scheduled, and they were able to attend to all our needs and requests in the chaos that was the post-ceremony of all the different family and friends trying to get photos with us. And once we got to taking husband and husband pictures? She was able to find priceless moments that we are going to cherish. All of it came together afterward with a lovely custom wooden box, as well as a canvas print we already have hanged up on the wall! We cant appreciate her hard work enough and would certainly recommend Immortalized Image to anyone for their photographing needs!

She possesses an extraordinary ability to cultivate an atmosphere of safety and ease (no matter where you are), allowing you to feel not only comfortable as if you've known each other your whole life, but truly radiant and confident in your own skin. Her range is frankly astonishing. From the vulnerability and intimacy of boudoir/couples boudoir, to the tenderness of family portraits, to absolute sorcery in her underwater work, and then pivots with effortless polish into the refined professionalism required at corporate events. All the while, you'll be laughing, feeling fierce, and perhaps even shed a few well earned tears (the good kind). It's cathartic, empowering, and unexpectedly joyful all at once. Moral of the story. Just say yes and thank yourself later. You won't regret it .

My husband asked for the day off in advance lost that days pay and we wasted our gas driving out of town. I explained how the date she rescheduled me for didn't work for me and how busy we are with the holidays coming up and she still pushed using our booking fee as a retainer even though I clearly no longer wanted to work with her because it wasn't my first unpleasant experience with her. I'm very upset with how she handled me asking for a refund per her policy. Instead of understanding and issuing it, she decide to rephrase the same thing over and over again and asked why I booked with her again after my first negative experience. Don't give second chances peeps and def don't waste your money with her. The last time I booked with her she didn't reach out about our images for 3 months and said she forgot then didn't put as much effort into them as she did with her sneak peak. It was quite embarrassing because she posted me edited and unedited. Not sure if it was intentional or not but again at the time per her policy I was entitled to a refund because she went passed her time frame of finishing the edits. Instead she rushed and got them to me the same day with little effort put into it. Not to mention she always seems like she doesn't want to be there and isn't so great with kids. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend.
