I paid about $1500 for a 20in framed photo and 10 digital pictures. I did get a free $1000 portrait which is an 11x14 printed photo. This place is EXPENSIVE and I paid alot of money for what I got in my personal opinion. The free $1000 portrait was my impetus for booking and does appear to be a standard offer available for most customers. I must disclose that this is an edited review. The standard time to receive the photos is 6-8 weeks. I had believed it to be 4 weeks and did lose patience waiting for my photos. I did receive excellent customer service after writing my initial more negative review and they were able to get my portraits sent out faster which I appreciated. I have received my digital images, still awaiting my prints.
