What really detracted from the…read moreexperience was that we were asked to place our final order while we were still eating, 30 minutes before the cut-off. The restaurant was practically empty with plenty of available tables. The situation felt unnecessarily rushed and rather strange--especially since we had an early reservation and Supper was nowhere near full. As a result, we didn't have the opportunity to order dessert since we weren't allowed to prolong the reservation, which was disappointing. A little more flexibility and a more accommodating approach would have been greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, this experience means that we are unlikely to choose to book a table at Supper again.

The interior was cute and perhaps a quieter setting if trying to have a conversation. - The beef tartar was really nice. Generous servings of lumpfish roe and lovely flavors. Would order again. - The love stew was similar to the beef tartar but the potatoes felt hard and the egg foam/brown butter didn't add much for me. Would just order another beef tartar. If in Stockholm would be interested in trying Portal again!

But we're old and we never sit at restaurant bars. The host was quite rude about it, but offered to seat us at some point at a table in 40-45 minutes. But there were like 3, 2-top tables sitting empty. We left. They were nasty. There service sucks as others have mentioned. I would recommend that no one go here.

My first time to Sthlm Tapas and it did not let me down. First off, let's talk about the food. So I…read moream a huge fan of Tapas, what can you not love about ordering multiple small plates and enjoying a little bit of everything? Well, I love it! The way it works here is that you are given a menu that you, yourself, pick the items on. Then you give the crossed of menu to your waitress/waiter and they put it in the computer and voila, after a short while you have your food. Simple, no miss-communication, and it adds to the fun. Our company of 7 requested our menus back since we otherwise would forget what we had ordered, and also to be able to order more if and when we wanted. I got the grilled Feta cheese with watermelon, butter fried chantarelle toast, quesedilla and pan fried potato wedges. First off, if you have never tried grilled feta with watermelon go straight to the supermarket, buy some feta and watermelon, go home, grill it up and be amazed! I sure was. It was SO good! The Quesedilla was also delicious, very spicy and they made it with creme cheese (hello goodness!!). The potatoes, well ... they were potatoes and tasted like potatoes should. The one thing I did not like was the butter fried chantarelle toast, I mean ... I would have guessed it because it said butter fried and I'm not a fan of butter tasting things. My husband ended up eating that one. The rest of the company thought their food was overall good, there was some complaints that there could have been more spices and salt on several things but I find that I'll rather add it myself than having something overly salty. About the place, where we were seated it was very crowded, when the place was full it seemed hard for the waitresses to get around, but from the looks of it they knew what they were doing. They might have had another space with seating entering towards the opposite, in fact, I think they did but I never explored it more than just seeing it. Overall, it was a great experience (the company also makes a huuuge impact right?) .. it's time to grill up some feta.

Service was good. Loved the ox cheek - it was so tender it fell apart as you looked at it and once in my mouth it just melted and merged with my soul. They also have a slider (mini burger) which is also a hit. I'd come back, no doubt.

I read online it used to be a silver factory, hence the name AG. It had a bit of an industrial vibe. It was also one of the rowdier places we went to with lots of people dining over drinks and steaks. Seemed pretty packed. Our seats were very close to the tables next to us. There were also a lot of large rounds with big groups celebrating. My husband was only able to make a reservation for this place at 9pm, but we headed over early and asked if we could grab a drink at the bar and get seated earlier if a table opened up. The bar has its own menu separate from the restaurant, which also looked pretty good. Lucky for us a table opened up before we could finish or very delicious and also very large gin cocktails from the bar. The food was delicious, but very heavy and the portions were huge. We shared pate appetizer and ordered a meal meant for one person to share. It was a huge steak with salad, potatoes, and tomatoes. I felt like the waiter was a bit pushy on wanting us to get more but we were pretty stuffed. We did also split a dessert, which I have no memory of. It was potentially a cheesecake and it was not worth the calories.
