This is where the expression "melts in your mouth" comes from. The best tasting, most tender and extremely marbled steak I've ever had. Joe and the other butchers were fully aware that this purchase was an investment for us. They were all on board with cooking advice to make sure that we had an exceptional experience with this meat! Every cut of meat looked amazing, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I left with a pound of NY strip (around $38/lb) and can't wait to cook it tonight. I'd absolutely come back to try more of their products--the sausages in particular looked fantastic. Just a heads-up: this place is cash only.
