After spending 10 mins attempting to find it, she asked for all my personal information and started a purchase page. I had no intention of buying a couch without knowing the price, but she said she couldn't get to the next page of the screen without filling out this information, and made excuses saying she had to start putting in delivery information as it would take months before they could deliver... Finally as I looked onto her screen, I saw her go to the company website and look up the price, which I could have done myself in 20 seconds... Overall, waste of 30 mins and we left without a purchase.

Sean was amazing he took so much time explaining to us the different brands and even went so far as to bring a washer I was considering to the back of the shop. He hooked it up and let it run a complete cycle so I could see and hear for myself how well it work. Upon delivery of my new washing machine I called Sean to let him know that I did not receive the hot and cold water hose. He explained that they are no longer included but said it was no big deal and he would drop it off for me. To my surprise Sean took time out of his day to go to home depot and purchase the hose free of charge to me and bring it to my house. In this day and age that level of service is unheard of. I am so grateful for everything and highly recomment Appliance Bazaar ok Kennedy to everyone. And I absolutely love my new Huebsch washer. Thanks a million Sean.

We are now in 2026 and despite several follow ups, the management has failed to make an arrangement to deliver the fully paid for appliances or arrange a refund. If you check his website, he even says why overcharge when people are just trying to get things fixed so they can get on with their day to day life. I was searching for a local appliance shop, and spoke to Anthony. There happened to be one freezer left, since a customer changed their mind! He confirmed the freezer was brand new, and the box was unopened, before I made the purchase over the phone. I am so glad I decided to buy locally, and support a family owned business. When we picked up the freezer, everyone was incredibly friendly and super helpful! The Samsung Technician came over to check the dishwasher, and found that the person who came to install our dishwasher completely messed up the installation. The technician said that whoever installed the dishwasher had messed up the installation and damaged the dishwasher's main tub and caused leakage all over the circuit board throughout our time of using it. The dishwasher has got damaged with the wiring, the motor and main board... due to the poor installation. I tried to call the Goemans customer service and I was told nothing can be done or help! I was very disappointed with their irresponsible response and poor customer service and I feel so helpless and shocked that I have to buy another dishwasher in just 2 years, my old GE dishwasher had been use for 10 years, I do not expect the new Samsung can only be used for 2 years only because of the poor installation by Goemans. And the customer service is such irresponsible and poor. I shall share this bad experience to all the people I know and on all social platforms so no other victim will have same terrible experience as I did.

What a nightmare. Luckily I was able to stem the tide, turn off the cycle, and mopped up the floor with every item of cloth in my linen closet. More importantly, Your Guys sent a man out the next day who showed up and fixed a broken sensor. Washing machine repaired right away and without fuss. Great job!! Not cheap, but that's life these days. Cheaper than a new machine. And my repair guy was great. Friendly, fast, and months on, no problems. Thank you!!

We had mixed experiences with our 48" fridge and freezer repair. Our initial issue was related to…read morethe freezer not cooling and making a very loud noise when running. This took 3 visits to resolve with the first being a bit of a misdiagnosis. After that- that issue was resolved fairly easily. The second request was for fridge and freezer gasket replacement. This was (and still is) a complete disaster. The gasket has been changed, installed a second time, reordered, and reinstalled- without the issue being rectified. A heat gun was used by the tech at the initial installation to help the gasket expand. This damaged the inside of the door and the freezer compartment still isn't as it should be in terms of the gasket forming a proper seal. We were essentially told the issue with the seal had to do with "internal insulation degradation" and that there is nothing more to be done. We are left with the option to use paper towels to expand the gasket so it reaches the body of the freezer- still with no actual seal. No attempt to compensate for the time, effort, and lack of ability to fix the issue on the part of the company. The tech we dealt with is very professional, personable, and helpful, but the lack of the company's accountability for the job not being completed to a satisfactory level leaves me not so happy to recommend this company to anyone- particularly since the simpler of the 2 jobs we requested was the one that has still not been resolved. The cost of the services was also excessive given the number of times we had to have them out and the fact that it is still not repaired properly.
