For some time my husband and I had been looking to buy a second/vacation home. We specifically…read morewanted a log home/cabin in a somewhat secluded area with a little bit of land, of course the more land the better but we also had a specific budget with which we were willing to work with. We wanted something back east and had been looking as far north as Michigan to Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky and the Virginias. We had some close calls but ultimately no cigar as they would say. We also had a horrible experience with the agent from Michigan, who was a total jerk (but that's a different review). We were loosing hope and beginning to give up on our dream when my husband happened to come across Kristy's real estate webpage. We reviewed a few listing and after some discussion decided to give it one last shot. I emailed Kristy about one particular listing and was rather pleased when she responded to my email inquiry the following day (which in all reality was just a few hours later, since I emailed her the night before). Shortly thereafter the bidding war began. Unfortunately that first listing didn't work out but our faith in the process had been renewed thanks to Kristy. I then told her about the 2nd listing and she got work. This time the stars must have been aligned because our bid was accepted. Throughout the entire process Kristy was beyond AMAZING!! She was very quick to respond to my emails, kept me updated, answered all my questions and even sent videos of the property. I cannot thank her enough for her professionalism, fast and exceptional service. Being at the end of our rope we could not have asked for a better person to have come across to aid us with our purchase. Thanks to Kristy we know how a wonderful new vacation home!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kristy. If you are serious about purchasing a home (or 2nd home) and you want an easy and hassle free experience then Kristy is the agent to go with!!!! She worked hard for me and I know she will work hard for you!
