I have a very short timeline to get a bathroom finished in a single bathroom house. Once we knew…read moreour schedules didn't match up, he went out of his way to talk with some of his sub-contractors to see if they could help and also gave me some recommendations about other options I could look into. In my experience in today's society, it's rare for anyone to give ideas outside of their own business just to help a potential future customer out. He knew we wouldn't be doing business this time around yet still wanted to help without me asking for it. I view this as above and beyond my expectations.

We hired Nate to remodel our bathroom, and the entire experience was awesome from start to finish…read more He always wore a mask (with a smiley face on it), was an excellent communicator, and cleaned up perfectly at the end. During the bathroom reno, we had A/C installed and they needed to knock out a small wall to access our furnace. Nate was able to squeeze in the drywall repairs for us and still meet his time estimate. He gave us a very reasonable quote for the drywall, revised his initial estimate accordingly, and came in exactly on time and exactly on estimate. Nate is fabulous and you should hire him. I'm trying to think of something non-glowing to say... sometimes he can express his opinion strongly. If you're a pushover who will yield to an expert instead of pushing back to make sure it's the way _you_ want it and be unhappy later, Nate might not be the best fit. In all other ways he's fantastic!

I hired this company to complete an as-built and a build-out, and the experience has been nothing…read moreshort of frustrating. My main contact, Joe Pascua, has been completely unresponsive and constantly procrastinating on the project. At first, they claimed they couldn't start until they received more information once they got it, they added another four weeks to the schedule. After I submitted payment, communication became sparse and inconsistent. Joe repeatedly promised updates and completion dates that never materialized. This ongoing lack of communication and follow-through has cost me hundreds of dollars per day in delays, and continues as I have yet to receive the finished permit-ready drawings. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company they do not deliver on their commitments or communicate in a timely manner. If you don't have money to waste stay away.

He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and offered advice when the government was illegally trying to hold us up on our project. They by far have the best prices in the industry, and a company has never looked out for my interest the way these guys did! They did a wonderful job on our shop inspection, and the home design they are doing for us is coming along beautifully. I can't recommend them enough, whether you need an architect, structural engineer, designer, or anything in between, whatever your home needs are go to these guys! They will take good care of you! P.S. If you see this same review for Rueppell Home Design/Design Build NW, it's because the companies are related and I wanted to give these wonderful guys a shout out everywhere I could!

Not only did he do an absolutely fantastic job for less than the contractors I got bids from, but he also has incredible integrity: he forgot that we had agreed to 4 days worth of pay and called to tell me that I'd overpaid him. There were several places where Casey had to do some pretty creative work to get it done, and it still looks great. I've already booked Casey for another job in the future.
