I used to ask and confirm that Jenny would be coming to clean, but I got very busy this month and forgot to ask. Andrew did confirm the appointment the day prior, but he NEVER LET ME KNOW...Then another cleaning lady showed up at 8:30AM telling me Jenny was gone. LACK OF COMMUNICATION LEADS ME TO A 3-STAR REVIEW Jenny was not only an amazing cleaner.. She was sweet and kind and very good energy. I am bummed to have lost her in my life. Nicole fired that person, even though she did a fantastic job for me. Nicole did not have enough people and was trying to juggle to figure out my next cleaning. I ended up finding someone myself. I gave Nicole another try this past week. She said she was sending her best person, Gisele, (she didn't know my name) for a DEEP CLEANING. The absolute worst cleaning experience I have ever had. Gisele was 35 minutes late and didn't know how to clean. Nothing was put back in its place. Candles left on benches. The sheets on my bed sideways. Simple, specific instructions for a blanket were beyond her capability. She used a swiffer to dust around everything on the tables. Nothing on any table was moved or wiped down. My dining room table and chairs missed completely. My kitchen wasn't touched-top of fridge, handles-nothing, even the floor was never mopped. My office not touched, the lint trap for my dryer was laying on the counter. The washer was not cleaned. My dust pan left on top of clean laundry on top of my dryer. Empry packaging from the swiffer left on my nightstand, bottles of my cleaning supplies left on counters in my bathrooms, garbage cans never emptied. She dusted the AC vents and the cover for the filter somehow came open and she just left it hanging from the ceiling. Missing remote, bags I was saving-GONE. Gisele told me she did not know what she should be cleaning. I handed her a copy of the invoice that Nicole sent me with everything listed AFTER I walked her through and showed her. The majority of what was on that list was not cleaned. I called Nicole the next day when I had an opportunity to see everything and received a very abrupt "I'm sorry. It'll be better next time. Everybody loves Gisele." No offer to send somebody to finish or correct everything, no partial refund. I did not even have an opportunity to go over everything that was wrong. Nicole was in a hurry to get off the phone. At that point I knew there was not going to be a next time. I did send Nicole a lot of pictures and comments on the invoice of everything that wasn't done or done very poorly. It has been 5 days and I have never heard back from Nicole. I ended up doing Gisele's cleaning. It's obvious Gisele is inexperienced and Nicole does not communicate properly. Nicole should have visited my house to go over everything beforehand. She should have returned to see everything that was not completed. As far as everything out of place, I recommended to Nicole that she tell Gisele to take a picture before she moves things so that she can put items back where they belong. Such a horrible experience. I spent 3 hours of my work day showing Gisele tasks that she should have been capable of and I am incredibly disappointed on so many levels.

The company told me that will bring the products and that I have to provide them only this paper towels and garbage bags. We are only 2 grown ups, no pets, and very clean. They came yesterday morning and the 2 ladies were nice and clean and left and everything looked good. This morning I walked bare foot (like every morning) from the closet to the shower. When turned on the water, I noticed that on the floor there were black spots as my feet were very dirty. After my granchildren left today I decided to send the robot to map the floor. I change the robot's pad after cleans every room in my house. i have never seen the pads so dirty as today. I ended up cleaning the bathrooms and the counters again today even though that I paid for that yesterday. I don't know if the towels that they used (my husband that was at the house at that time told that they didn't use a lot of paper towel so I ssume that they used cloth towels) were dirty or never changed the water between rooms....I really don't know how this happened.

Now on to the review...So my girlfriend and I just moved into a 5-bedroom house we bought and it needed a good cleaning. We wanted this done ASAP since our furniture was arriving in a couple of days. We looked on Yelp for cleaners with good reviews and left messages for several of them. Theresa, the owner of #1 Awesome Cleaning Services, emailed me back almost immediately. When we spoke on the phone she came across as very responsive and personable. She said she could come the same day and brings all of her own cleaning equipment and supplies. Theresa called us when she was on her way and arrived punctually. She started by having us give her a tour of the things we wanted cleaned. Since this was a move-in cleaning, we wanted pretty much everything done including appliances, floors, bathrooms, etc. Once the tour was done, Theresa brought in all of her cleaning supplies and equipment and went to work. Let me tell you. Theresa doesn't walk around. She runs. When she mopped the floors, she didn't just daintily glide the mop over the surface but put her shoulders into it to get everything as clean as possible. She was at the house for about 5 hours and worked non-stop with intensity. Just out of curiosity, I asked her how come she was in such good shape to work so long and so hard and it turns out she previously owned her own fitness studio and was a trainer. Yup.
