She really knew how to ease tense or sore muscles without pushing too hard and making me tense up more. She started off with a very relaxing head and neck massage that was a wonderful way to start off, and when she worked her way down to my hands and, later feet, I was surprised at how great it felt. She finished off with some effluage and I absolutely love, used essential oils, and the environment was very quiet and not at all distracting.
