Many places no longer give Pennies as change but everyone accepts Pennies if you have them... Including the bank. also rounding up everyone transactions is also a racket. if the total comes out to 1.66 then it should round down to 1.65, not up. just another greedy policy to squeeze more money from their customers. this is my first time at this establishment in a long time and was just further proof they have went downhill in a major way since the name change.

The food service often 4/5 times sends food that they can't eat. On the whole they said the food isn't bad but it's not great. Very salty, no fruits or veg mostly starch and meat. One thing mentioned was the staff here talk about each other and complain a lot about each other and basically talk personal matters with the patients or within ear shot. My family member knows exactly who is who and what's going on in this Peyton' So far not impressed. A family member of mine is here and the hospital seams really uninformed, anytime a question is asked no one seams to know anything. This place is always dirty. Spills on the floor, items not being swept up for several days. Came in today and here was a pool of water just chilling, actually ruined a bunch of personal items like cards, flash cards to assist my family in communicating. I asked my family member who is in here they said it's hard to get nurses to come in and she said they aren't very attentive

When I arrived for my appointment, only then was I advised that a cleaning would not be done, but I would have to schedule a second appointment at least a month later for the cleaning to be done. Based upon this experience I can not recommend Accent Dental Center.
