This store doesn't care about harassment based complaints. A complete failure. They will send someone to your house to hit on your girl, and if you got a problem . Don't tell them about it because they won't care. The man checking people in at the front desk of Shanghai-La was rude from the moment I walked in. Was awkwardly silent during the exchange and eventually told me my temporary ID was not acceptable. I'm nearly 40 and was dressed in athleisure wear. Greeted the man kindly and asked for my ID back after a couple of minutes. He proceeded to hold onto it and fumble around with his computer; I asked 2 or 3 more times until he gave me back my ID.
