Dr. Balakrishna has patiently and simply explained so much to me. I don't feel lost and alone anymore! And don't try to weasel info about your diagnosis from them - they are too professional to answer, extremely nice, but very professional. From the moment I walked in, ARIEL was all smiles greeting people and helping me figure out what was next. Then LISA walked me to where I needed to have lab work done. ALLY was next, and with her great sense of humor, took my vitals. And if you aren't a Chiefs fan, beware!! As a dedicated family, they all are!!! Then TASHA went over my info before DR. TUNGESVIK came in. I was surprised, too, at the consideration and amazing knowledge someone so young as Dr T already had. All of their constant concern and support is like an anti-cancer and anti-nervousness drug! Thank you to JESSICA AND MARIAN, too, for keeping me calm during my procedure. And JORDAN, I didn't forget you - thank you for getting my next appointment so early! I won't say I'm well versed in cancer, but I did work in cancer statistics for a few years; went through my besties cancer journey at University and Siteman (she didn't survive); watched my parents go through two cancers each; and almost everyone on both sides of my family had cancer before 60. So I can honestly say I know that whatever comes down in the form of a negative diagnosis, I'll beat it because of this team. When you walk the clean, bright halls, you are surrounded by colorful, positive and empathetic pictures making you feel superhuman, or a cancer conqueror, too. While I was waiting (extremely nervous) an older man sitting next to me told me it would be all right. I was so touched that he took the time to notice how scared I was and to talk to me. A snack lady came by to see if we needed anything. All the patients were kind to each other. Can't say that at too many places:) You would think you'd feel like an assembly line but nope. The sense of humor, the reality of it all about life's craziness, the TIME THEY TAKE TO CARE made me feel so comfortable and not nervous anymore!! I really wish my bestie had MO Cancer Associates on her side when she was diagnosed. I'm sure she'd still be here.... They are so accommodating, Dr. Amanda even came in early to make sure I made it to work in time. I can't say enough good about this office. The assistants are very organized and on top of what is going on. I go monthly now for wellness adjustments but when I had problems I went more often. This is the best chiropractic office I have ever gone to. Kudos to them! I have seen Dr. James and Dr. Makayla who are great too. Dr. Jen was a great loss leaving them as she was excellent, also.

Dr. Monique is wonderful. Every time I visit, I leave feeling inches taller and infinitely better…read more I was nervous before my first adjustment but she is so gentle and so knowledgeable and totally put me at ease. I really can't overstate her expertise. She can pinpoint a precise spot on your spine and make a minor adjustment that radiates relief all over. I can't visit as often as I like, but no matter if it's been a week or month since my last appointment, she can alter her treatment to get me back on track. One day, I came to my regular appointment with a major headache. She asked me if I felt it behind my eyes and I said no, it was mostly in the back of my head near my neck. But sure enough, later that night it started to ache behind my eyes. She is so knowledgeable that she saw the issue before I even felt it. It was unbelievable. I have always been able to get an appointment the same day, and the entire front desk staff greets me by name. I just have nothing bad to say about this place.

I myself am 12 year Navy veteran with severe ptsd and one day when I had a counseling session there at the hospital red team clinic the receptionists were all talking about their personal lives instead of being professional especially when they played saving private ryan in front of all the ptsd veterans in the lobby, that's really being professional huh, I think you get better professionalism in a funeral home because that's what it feels like they are trying to do to honorably discharged who served their country and either were physically injured or have mental scars or both like I do. The other thing was yesterday they pretty much traumatized me with their colon prep crap and it about killed drinking the salty shit they sent me they couldn't send me the good stuff like had before and to beat it all I was up all night with diarrhea from it until it was just a little cloudy only too get put thru the procedure and later to tell me they couldn't do it because it was still dirty, well I did everything the paper said until it was just granules and they still told me I was wrong and they fat shamed me swell putting me in one of those hospitals where I felt trapped and part of my ptsd is claustrophobia, which they wasn't to concerned about and I had concern and fears about the anesthesia they gave me because they changed it from before this stuff they gave me put me completely under which worried me severally because already have breathing problems like copd, asthma, chronic bronchitis and I was a diesel mechanic in the Navy and they did this shit to me which is part that traumatized me. I want everyone to know how badly they treat veterans and how garbage this hospital. They might swell be with China and all the other shit countries against America because that's what kind of Healthcare you get there is the P.O.W kind. I Wish I could rate this review a triple quadruple negative rating because that is just how sorry it is there. I wouldn't even take my dog there after this mess.
