Yet recently placed a male on the women's side even with the females claiming they were uncomfortable. Staff has also not taken accountability for losing items. A patient had their glasses stolen and the hospital refused to check cameras. Another thing. You have to call multiple times just to get met with the same, "idk" answer. Even if you are approved on the patients form for information they wont tell. Anyone in their right mind would avoid like the plague. Care quality on this place is mid. Sure the patients can be calm, having friends in the location but the staff is ridiculous. Train your staff.

Dr. Kiss was kind, thorough and made sure I felt comfortable. She answered all my questions and made seemed like she genuinely cared. After my appointment, I received a letter in the mail with a synopsis of my appointment and her suggestions to help with the health concerns I had. She said she had tried to call, but couldn't reach me and wanted to make sure she followed up. I was so impressed by this gesture. I have never had a doctor send me a letter in the mail. I will surely be back and am glad to have such a caring doctor!

I made an appointment for an annual wellness check, made it clear on the phone, made it clear again to the nurse and doctor during my appointment, but ended up with a bill for something else when it was suppose to be free. Efforts to rectify it were futile as they flat out lied to my insurance company. I find it hard to believe that the three employees I interacted with made no mention in their notes of my direct answer to their direct question asking for the reason for my appointment. Wait times are incredibly long- I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment before I was seen. I am definitely switching to a new provider.

I had major ankle surgery and I am almost 3 months out and am doing great, all thanks to this place. I am only 19 years old and most of the people that come in are older but I loved that aspect because I got to meet some really nice people outside of the physical therapists. Sadly I wasn't there as long as I wanted to be (due to the semester ending and having to go home) but, when I walked out for the last time I actually shed a tear. That's how much of an impact all the people in there made on me. Everyone is always joking and laughing no matter the day. I would not be in this great of shape if it wasn't for everyone in there. It doesn't matter who you work with, they are all so great. If you need anything relating to an injury or literally anything physically done this is your place. I wouldn't recommend anyone else in Columbia other than them! If you are looking for a second home while you are injured this is the place for you! I am so sad to be leaving but happy that my ankle is in great shape. Like I said before this place is AMAZING!!!
