Dr. Kiss was kind, thorough and made sure I felt comfortable. She answered all my questions and made seemed like she genuinely cared. After my appointment, I received a letter in the mail with a synopsis of my appointment and her suggestions to help with the health concerns I had. She said she had tried to call, but couldn't reach me and wanted to make sure she followed up. I was so impressed by this gesture. I have never had a doctor send me a letter in the mail. I will surely be back and am glad to have such a caring doctor!

I made an appointment for an annual wellness check, made it clear on the phone, made it clear again to the nurse and doctor during my appointment, but ended up with a bill for something else when it was suppose to be free. Efforts to rectify it were futile as they flat out lied to my insurance company. I find it hard to believe that the three employees I interacted with made no mention in their notes of my direct answer to their direct question asking for the reason for my appointment. Wait times are incredibly long- I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment before I was seen. I am definitely switching to a new provider.

After trying another chiropractor which resulted in no relief, created migraines for two weeks, and was busy upselling their exercise facility and staff, I sought out a new chiropractor. Columbia Family Chiropractic was so gracious to get me in asap. Dr. Wicks listened to my symptoms, concerns, and was extremely professional. He took time to describe how the nerves align and gently adjusted my spine, stretched out the tight muscles, and provided good home exercises. If you have specific spots you'd like worked more, she's happy work on those specific areas as much as you'd like. Still did a great overall body massage. She can go deep tissue or light to match your needs. She is wonderful at deep tissue and really listens to what you'd like. She is also good at finding the points that have more knots or tension. The staff in the office was friendly as well and it just seemed like a good establishment. An hour massage with Wanda is normally $70 so a little pricey but worth it if you really need to get in or just want to treat yourself.

She expressed disappointment at the problems and miscommunication that I encountered. She called to tell me that they would refund me as soon as possible for the services that were not billable. I received a refund check for $50 a few days later, and, while I will never know whether that was an accurate refund relative to the amounts I paid, I am happy to at least receive something for the time and money that was wasted. They also included a $5 coffee gift card as an apology for the trouble. I appreciate the attempt by the owner to clear up the issue and added stars to my review to reflect that.
