Every year !!! A very nice lady got back to me and said they're really busy and she would take care of it. Nothing yet !! His price was in line with what I expected and lower than some who would use inferior materials. He also wouldn't require payment until the work was completed. His crew obviously knew what they were doing and they completed the job in two days. He had to charge extra because 27 sheathing panels had to be replaced because of delamination of the CDExt. He was great to work with, his crew did a great job and clean up was also great. Overall, A++. Ne also provided copious pictures of the work. I would strongly recommend him for any work around the house. Thanks, John.

A few years ago, we hired Matt to build a deck, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The quality of his work was poor, his communication was terrible (he would disappear for weeks and be non responsive), and he would make excuses for why he couldn't show up. What should've been a short project took nearly 18 months to complete. He cut numerous corners, and we've since had to bring in multiple contractors to assess and correct his work. Throughout the process, we paid Matt on time and treated him with respect. We would never recommend him.

So, though late, I think this is a good thing to share.* The work on my fence this summer was fine and as agreed except for some minor painting misses. Shannon kept hounding me for final payment and three times I told her exactly what needed to be completed before I sent final payment. It was minor touchup work that could be done in less than hour. Three times the guys came out but didn't do what needed to be done. I believe Shannon wasn't conveying the message properly. Boy was she snotty each time she called for money and I had to tell once again that the job wasn't complete. FINALLY the job was complete but Shannon was unhelpful and very abrasive. Employees like this one impact customers' evaluation of future business decisions...not for the good.
