You pay via a yearly contract, not a la carte so they finish the job right, even if it needs more follow-up. You don't get nickeled and dimed for countless services, like other companies I dealt with. Their snow plow service is by contract too. They do not take advantage of a minor snowfall. Yes, Hoffman is a bit more expensive but you get a dedicated supervisor and he is worth every penny. Paying via a contract is also appealing. We are very happy.
