They send three people and stayed about 1 H 40 M. The good: I was interested in giving green cleaning products a try and Aspen Clean uses all green products. It makes a HUGE difference because it doesn't mean make your home smell toxic. In fact there's no cleaning product smell at all. They did a decent job with the clean, only a few small dust particles were found. Most places were clean and sparkling. The not so good: price was obviously one as its not affordable for ongoing biweekly cleans. Cleaning products while non toxic did not clean soap scum on edges of bath tub and one of the toilet bowls was still yellow. Not sure if they simply forgot to clean it or if the product is just weak. I ended up pouring store bought bowl cleaner in and cleaning it myself and it ended up white and sparkling. Lastly the team was over an hour late after giving me an hour window to come so I ended up waiting over two hours for them. Verdict: worth a try if you're interested in trying green cleaning services. Not having that toxic smell really makes a difference.

Because of my unhappiness with the other companies I had tried I was quite hesitant to give Geoffrey a whirl. Now that they've been here all I can say is I wish I didn't hesitate so long! My cleaning was a few days ago and I'm still finding little things they did that I never would have expected - and those things gave their cleaning that extra wow factor. Perhaps most importantly they made communicating with them easy, reassured me I wouldn't be disappointed and were very transparent with the costs - which meant no unpleasant surprises. They were also an hour late for the service. That I don't mind per se. I just wanted good service and a thorough job. Some of the items from the list was missed and not all the areas cleaned were as well cleaned as I would like. I ended up going over 90% of the space again. Maybe I have high standards. But since I'm moving into a new home and it's the first time I hired a cleaning company, of course my expectations are high. It wasn't even a very big home too (just a condo townhouse) and the place wasn't trashed, it was just dirty so I am surprised it took so long. I give them a 3 star instead of 2 star because I can tell they tried. They came from another job and it was late afternoon early evening already so they must have been tired. I figured for a really thorough job up to my kind of standard it would probably take 5-6 hours or so. I think they are more suitable for routine cleaning and may not be the best choice for move ins and outs.

I started with Rapid many years ago and made the mistake of changing due to price. Unfortunately price came with the service you received. After many attempts at finding the right match, I came back to Rapid. They are timely, professional and always make an effort to get to know your family and home. My dogs love the crew that comes in. The scheduling is also quite good. Many of the other cleaners I've had could never work with my requests for days but Rapid was able to accommodate right away. Overall I'm pretty happy with Rapid.

She was persistent and attentive, she came to assess the condo so she can provide me with an estimate. She was accommodating with my schedule too which was fantastic for an 8-5 person like myself. Her team did a great job. I have hardwood floors and it was spotless and no any marks whatsoever. They scrubbed the toilet and washroom hard which was sooo good. They took $30 off my total charge, but still paying $105 for the inconvenience of having to clean myself, especially given that our home doesn't have enough space or belongings (it's an Air BnB) to justify the cost is brutal. Other things were missed like cleaning the exterior of the kitchen cabinets, inside of drawers, dusting of certain areas. Very disappointing. When I followed up on the service, I never even received an apology.
