We requested regular cleaning on their website, it was our first time using them, however the…read morewebsite wasn't easy to understand, the cost of a full house clean with monthly promotion was $309 plus tax and if you choose the individual rooms and bathrooms like we did because we didn't know how the site worked it was $275 including tax. We chose to clean our living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms (1 is powder and 1 is master) we didn't realize that master bathroom is a separate tab to choose below on the page. We also opted to not include our 4 bedrooms and dining room in this cleaning because we felt it was pricy enough and we can handle the other rooms. There was enough time for a walkthrough prior to the cleaning since I booked it few days prior. There was enough time to ask us questions about the service and clarify any possible misunderstanding. The day they came to clean my wife and I weren't home until halfway through the cleaning, the cleaner said that they decided on their own that we needed a deep clean in the master bathroom and the shared washroom upstairs and they wanted to negotiate a new price for the extra service they did without asking us if we wanted it. Overall the cleaning itself was not worth the price in my opinion, I have hired other cleaners in the past and my regular cleaner was unavailable and we chose to go based off of the reviews here, however the only review I can relate with is the one star review that details that they had the same experience as me except they got charged for the extra unwanted service whereas I did not. Stand your ground if you choose to work with them and be clear on what service you want. UPDATE: Christmas Eve 4:26pm I got messages from the cleaner that worked on my home Saturday Dec 23 at 10:00am. I have attached the text messages for transparency and to show how unprofessional this individual is.

They only told me as they were leaving. I tried to discuss this with the owner, but she just charged my credit card the full $815. I do not believe this is fair business practice to charge 40% above the original estimate without first getting the customer's approval for additional services.
